Cherilyn, savannah and Yulisa werCheriton, these girls were so helpful full in getting me to move my line over to a new account and adding a line to my existing account. Staff is very knowledgeable and very welcoming. I will definitely be referring all my family and friends to this location. This team definitely deserves there 5 stars.

I am beyond disappointed I went by to purchase 2 iPhones and the lady with blond hair refused to sell me the phones because apparently I had already switched over my other 3 lines at another store and I should of done them all at the same time. She called the GM and they were on the phone both speaking Spanish thinking I did not know Spanish, but guess what si hablo español que in profesional de su parte GM. Very un profesional of the GM I was listening to her on the phone tell her employee not to sell the phones to me because I came from another store that was not from the region they work for. The sales person threw my ID at me and told me she was not going to help me at all because her GM told her not to sell me any phones since they are all in competition between the cricket store that are not with each others region. I was in sock never have I herd some one refuse service when purchasing 2 new phones. I will be calling the area manager and the VP tomorrow and I will be updating this review with the sales rep name and the GM. All I was trying to do was to purchase 2 phones for my children for Xmas It is ridiculous if some one doesn’t like where they work at why work at that place those 2 ladies are very unhappy people trying to pass the bad vibes to the customers. I’m a regional manager for apartment complex and I know for sure never In a million years will I provide this kind of customer service to non of my customers or employees, but this speaks very highly why we all have different jobs and different job positions.

Worst customer service anyone can receive.I’m almost regretting switching over to cricket because of the customer service the store manager and one of the girls in the front with blond hair provide.IF the area manager or the VP is reading this please do something about these employees it is not fair that us as customers are having to go through this from this.Writing a review that is how you are finding out, but can you imagine all the other people who don’t know how to get their point across that is so sad.
