I had an issue with my Cricket phone's voicemail not working properly-it was a very strange problem I had never had before that I could not get resolved by calling the Cricket customer service. I went in today and received exceptional customer service by Philip! He was knowledgeable and quickly fixed the issue with my phone. I highly reccomend this location, and I will reccomend it to others as well.

I had the best experience at this location. The associate was the absolute best (Joann) she was very patient with me. She is very knowledgeable & helped me pick out the phone that would work best for me. She took her time assisting me & answered all my questions. 5 stars for an amazing associate! Give her a raise she’s awesome!!!! ?

Place says open, lights are on, but there no one in there and its lock.... it's 6:47pm. Says they close at 8pm.

Store service was great to purchase, rude different person when I returned first working day after weekend. My concern was a recycled number and was not asked for a read over list before one assigned. Also, 25 dollars on line to change. Pre paid what more else can you expect right?
