They kept charging me on my account and then when you phone gets cut off you have to pay 30 for a bridge pay and at metro I don't have to pay that all I do is just get a one time extension and I usually have the payment by then so I would never go back to cricket and they over charged me when I bought phones there and then the costumer service in not 24/7 like metro PCs is that's why I went back to metro I never had any problems with them so bye cricket

I lost my phone and had to get another Cricket card the SIM card and then she told me to write my number down on a piece of paper and I did and I gave it to her and she clarified that number by repeating it to me and then turned my phone on and I started getting my brother's messages because I have multiple lines my brother lives in another date so his phone was disconnected and we both had to buy new SIM cards and we were not reimbursed for it because this lady put another phone number from one of my other lines on my SIM card cutting off my brother's work phone

Good customer service.. the only thing is this location is Not Wheelchair accessible the entrance is too small for a wheelchair.
