Conns called me said I was late on my payment. I called them. They said my automatic withdrawal was has expired. I have never gotten an email stating that. I never got a letter stating that I never got any information as itemized statement on my account for the past year so when I call him back, the guy pretends he can’t hear me no more and hang up I call back the same person did the same thing pretend he could hear me and hung up call the third time young lady asked to speak to Supervisor . She transferred me over to another call center agent the call center agent comes back like she’s a different person and I asked her if she was Hillary she said yes and I said I asked you to speak to the supervisor and she said he was busy and if I wanted a hold , I spoke to some supervisor. I think he was a supervisor corrected my email which was wrong. That’s why I never got any type of statement any type of information as to what was going on and they can’t change my due date they saying that I’m still behind even though I made a payment that’s paid pending honestly I think they outsourced to a different country. They need to keep jobs in the United States for citizens and they need to have better. Communication sucked.

We purchased a washer and dryer. Paid for delivery and installation.
The delivery guy delivered it but refused to install it. He told use he would charge us an additional $180.00 and we would need to go get the connectors.
This felt fraudulent to charge me for installation twice.

I loved conns and the great employees when use when I lived at Austin and now I use SA Conns.. The manager is a great guy.. I used Salespeople Jax and Kim were great employees.. They are soo awesome service.. The delivery guys are good guys.. I am now buying a new Tv And it has some great prices.. Peace friends.

A current employee this place is horrible. The hire up managers have the worst attitudes and talk down to you because of the position they are in. They do not care about their employees just want you there to make them money. Run fast.

This place is bad. I used to work there and my manager was amazing but the other managers need help. Noreal is a manager and will flirt to almost harassment with employees there. One of the girls I got hired with was harassed and he did this to MANY new hires. Nobody will do anything about it though cause they all do the same thing or think it’s a game. It’s gross and very scary because he’s so open about the harassment and people look the other way.

I will never buy from conns again. This has been the worst experience ever. My sales rep, Stef was amazing but other than him, this has been a nightmare. I purchased a fridge from here in early august and the ice maker never worked, sent a technician out and he said I just needed to "reset the ice machine and it would work". I waited 24-48 hours and the ice never began to work. I called for a second technician and he said the compressor and everything was actually fully broken. My freezer was not working AT ALL which is why Ice wasn't being made. I filed for an exchange to get a second fridge and they pushed my delivery back two days after the date I was told. Once my new fridge arrived, we waited for it to cool only to find out that the FRIDGE AND FREEZER BOTH DONT WORK ON THIS FRIDGE. At least the fridge worked in the first refrigerator. Now my food has been sitting in an ice chest for a week and every service rep we call has been giving us the run around. I was told on Friday that my fridge would be replaced the next day with a brand new one, just to find out that was a lie. They said it would take 3-5 business days. I have no food at my house because it is spoiling and still no fridge. Conns is an awful company and I wouldn't buy a pack of gum from them if I could. DONT BUY AT CONNS

Definitely one of the worst places to work at and the managers & human resources are horrible there they cover for themselves and mgrs never take escalation calls for the customer service reps and they always belittle & disrespect the employees and look for reasons to fire the cust svs reps while all the managers are always shopping online using their phone for personal issues and talking instead of working they mainly focus on how to get rid of the only reps they have this company can never keep tenured reps they have a huge turn around with employees because customer service department has really bad management and they allow reps to be verbally abused by customers they always bring you to the office which will always be 2 managers against one rep and they lie by saying if you sign it won't get you in trouble but instead it goes against you no matter what all because the managers at Conn's never want to take escalation calls they always say they will cb customers but never do it's a warning don't work here low pay and bad management
