The new Cloud 9 management and establishment is amazing! Nice decor and vibe. The customer service is amazing! I highly recommend this place. I have been to a few hookah spots in San Antonio and this is the best one!!! They do offer water and other drinks but it is a BYOB establishment. They also offer a military discount! ?

I wish I could give it a negative. I have been here before for my daughters birthday and it was a lot of fun. So this year we decided to come back. We got there and the person working told us that she had just stopped serving people 10 minutes ago because she has to work tomorrow. Mind you it was before 10pm. Bad business.
