As someone who's tried finding a workout place where I can really get a good workout while also feeling like I belong, CKO is truly the place to go. When I started about four months ago, I was nervous because I had little kickboxing experience, but everyone there was super inspiring and encouraging! The trainers are patient, kind, and more than willing to help with any questions you may have! Plus, the little community at CKO is very friendly! Some days are hard, but going there to get a workout in is absolutely worth it. Thank you for the workouts, CKO!

Excellent instructors. Friendly yet engaging and motivate you to do the exercises. Great workout with different techniques hands, feet, elbows and knees. The use of jump ropes, kettlebells and other equipment are also employed. Would recommend to anyone. I am no spring chicken either. ?

This place is awesome. I personally did not get into fitness, and none of my previous attempts worked out until I found CKO. I used to try gym memberships, and I pushed myself to go, but it was personally very hard because I didn't know where to start. As someone who suffers from depression, it's really hard to get your body moving, and seeking out help helped me discover that I can do it. I failed the first months while I was there. I went almost twice in a row, and then the next week after I skipped, it was hard and it was rough. I felt disappointed, and I stopped going for a few months. I have a one-year membership, so those months just went by and I felt bad about myself, so I set myself small goals. I decided I wasn't going to give up this membership; typically gym memberships never last for me, but this one's different. This one is a group fitness class with wonderful and caring instructors that give us detailed and awesome workouts, and I think they really help, so to get started, I personally would say please try to go at least once a week. Decide when that day will be and just commit to going once a week. Do that for months, maybe two or maybe three. Whatever works for you. You don't have to pressure yourself because fitness is hard and it's not easy to get into. I struggled for a long time until I found CKO, and this is the place where I want to be. Kickboxing is actually very fun and very satisfying. The classes are very well thought out, and the instructors care a lot. Just try to do your best and take it one step at a time. Don't push yourself and don't stress yourself. Fitness can be very daunting, but this CKO made it very easy for me.

Overall, CKO Kickboxing is my favorite part of the week. Every trainer is different and they have a very unique training style. I like how they greet each person by name. Makes me feel welcomed and like I have a safe place to release some stress. The workouts are hard, but extremely worth it!

I believe I will be going to CKO Kickboxing San Antonio for almost a year now. Michelle and all of the trainers are very welcoming and friendly. I needed an organized workout routine that allowed me to socialize with other people. They really make you feel like family. The 90 minute classes that are held for special occasions (i.e., holidays), are always a blast.

I've been going to CKO for almost two years and absolutely love it. You really don't need any kickboxing experience to start because the instructors patiently teach you along the way. The workouts are fantastic & addicting, the people are welcoming & inclusive, and the instructors are encouraging & fun. It's the best place to find a challenging but enjoyable workout, learn a new skill, and be part of a friendly community.

I love it here. The trainers push you and always give you the best workouts. I've been coming here for years and haven't left. That's got to say something. The members are great so that's also a plus. Come in and try it, I promise you'll have the most fun.

I've been going to CKO San Antonio for about a year and a half, and it has 100% changed my life. I know it sounds cliche but it's true. If you want to get in shape, build muscle and confidence while feeling like part of a fitness family, this is the place. And it's way more fun than the traditional gym. I highly recommend you give it a try.

I followed Emilee here from another gym and never looked back. After taking a break from going to the gym due to COVID, I’m so glad I’m back. Michelle and the rest of the staff are extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful. If you’re looking for a tough workout with a great team of coaches, this is the place to be!

I have been coming here for just over 2 years and I can say it has really changed me. Its fun and everyone including staff are nice and welcoming. They know how to push you but not to far.

Jae is great at communication and making sure everyone is motivated. I also enjoyed my workouts with Emily she is detailed, patient and will make sure you are confident in your strategy and not let you give up. I unfortunately could not find a way to fit classes into my schedule but when I was a member I absolutely felt my best that I’d felt in a very long time prior to my 3 pregnancies. I cannot wait to try to incorporate more time here, I may shoot for the AM classes soon for there are truly no excuses. Really miss the classes
