The worst customer service ever. They have no customer service skills at all. You could be the only person in the bank and 4 employees, and you will still be made to wait.

Very dissapointed on the people working there including the manager. I went on friday to deposit a check into my business account. The first thing the clerk told me was that the check did not look legit as it was a temporary check that my customer gave me. As a clerk she is I would have imagined she knew how to read the routing and bank account numbers on the bottom but no, she made me call my customer and ask her to give me her full account number which was already on the check. So then she got her manager and the manager to my surprise was even worst I honestly do not know what type of training they give at this place but I am affraid that my money is on their hands. They told me to go to my customer’s bank and ask for a cashiers check because that would be consider as a verified funds and that any cashiers check made by any bank is automatically available. I went and did that came back to the bank deposited the cashiers check as they suggested and now I have to wait 2 weeks to see my money this is the most insane thing I have ever experienced with any bank. I waited 30 days to get paid for this contract and now due to the people who cannot explain a thing or do not know how to do their jobs I have to wait 2 weeks. I just want to understand why if I gave you a cashiers check with verified funds and all why do I have to wait 2 weeks. I am going to be calling everyone I can at corporate or anyone I can until this gets taken care of including the people at the bank. I am not going to continue banking here, if this is happening now what can I expect with a bigger amount I cannot risk my money this way.

Rude service who half the time doesn't even know what they're doing. I requested to get a new card since I lost mine nearly 2 weeks ago and still didn't receive even though I ordered it right away. No one was able to confirm where it is and then they tell me I'll have to get it reshipped and wait another 2 weeks unlike other banks that can print a new one in less than 10 mins. I'm closing my account with them as far as their inconsistency remains, the service sucks, the convenience is not convenient, and being provided with false information.

This is my favorite Chase branch and I’ll go out of my way to be here instead of others. Staff and management are phenomenal and they always have me in and out quickly.

Guy stayed late to make sure mine and my partners business account was open. Has returned all my call in a timely manner, and it still helping us with all our questions everyday.

When our financial information was hacked, they were very quick and helpful on freezing our old accounts and opening up new ones. When we walked into the branch the first person we met asked if we needed help. When we explained what had happened we had 2 personal bankers working on the problem immediately. Maybe others found them to be lacking in service but that was definitely NOT our experience.

Went through drive thru ATM last weekend, noticed there was gang tagging and I notified teller. She said they knew about it for weeks...I suggested they atleast cover it up with duct tape. Someone else saw it this am.. It is a shame hoodlums do this,but also just as shameful that the employees here don't have any self pride or initiative to fix it.

For those of you thinking of opening and account keep looking . Look at reviews and that should give you a over all perspective of their long term service. Had some problems and I was given a 1800 number that after 4 days called me back only to find out it could have been taken care of in the bank. Come on people take better control of your business and STOP using covid as an excuse for no money in the "bank" or closing for a week I will be making changes. Plenty of other banks across 281 and Evans.. thank you
