Worst bank of all. They absolutely do not have any problem putting customer concerns or “after hour” emergencies on the back burner. If your debit card isn’t working for the second time in a month, and you activate a brand new one they sent you and try to use it an hour later, but it also doesn’t work, and you call and can only talk to someone from another country who can’t do anything to rectify your problem, and asks you to call back during normal hours, while you sit on vacation money-less, then this is the bank for you! All their exorbitant fees that most credit unions don’t charge are another factor to avoid this horrible bank. The absolute worst customer service, and no consideration for their customers….pathetic.

I had a complicated issue that needed to be resolved. I did not have an appointment. I walked in, and they immediately helped me. Joshua, the representative, was extremely helpful and polite. I expected to be at the branch for well over an hour and was done within 30 minutes. Everyone was very polite, including the security guard. Very easy access, and the Apple map location is exact.

I own a paving company, I received a $3600 check, I went into this chase bank drive through on goliad. They had me wait 20 minutes, finally when they sent the money through it was $53. I don’t usually check the envelope but luckily my wife did. I let them know they shorted me $3100. They had me wait longer, only to tell me they won’t let me get the money because it’s too much money unless I want to become a member. I will certainly not be using this bank or advice anyone else too.

I literally sat at this bank for a total of three hours just to close an account for my deceased Dad. I had his death certificate, his account info, a letter stating I am the estate executor, my military ID, drivers' license etc. The policies to close an account are ridiculous: I would NEVER bank here. The runaround was frustrating. They need a judge's signature on the copy of the paperwork I received from the clerk of courts. They need an original copy of the Letters Testamentary with the original seal ( which is filed at the Courthouse). Seriously???? Just to close an account??? NEVER again!!! The staff was friendly, I could tell they were frustrated also. But the runaround to close an account.... Is just completely unreasonable.

Worst location ever feel so bad for the business, went in to pay my rent spent an hour do to clueless cashier Clarissa didn’t know how to look up an account had the worst attitude ever, I was actually the one who stayed calmed an professional when it should of been vise versa, on top of that the “branch manager” was there an was just as clueless as that cashier girl, like dam I understand the manager is old an has a lot of time but i don’t I’m not old.

This has not traditionally been my bank location--I live on the Northside--but as a product of the Southside, I enjoy the gracious atmosphere of so many businesses located there. So I find myself at this branch more and more frequently, and yesterday really reaffirmed why. There is such a contrast between the way employees at this location treat customers and the way they respond at my previous branch. Everyone goes out of their way to be kind, to explain bank policies, to help people find what they need--even to open doors. Thanks to them, my big task of the day, expected to take 3 hrs, was completed in less than 30 minutes. Thanks to everyone at the Goliad branch who makes banking simple. Perhaps I should move back to the neighborhood!

Disappointed in Chase. Opened an account for my parents. Had to come into a branch to add the additional spouse on to the account. This branch has one person and one person only who can do this. Appointments as far as a week out just to add someone on an account. Logical thing to do would be to train tellers to do basic stuff like this if you can adequately staff bankers. It’s a major inconvenience to your customers.

They don’t take cash deposit from a non account holder to an account holder. The people inside have about as much attitude as you’d expect from gutter trash.
