So l am giving post gym 4 stars. Now in my eyes it's 5 stars because it has everything I need to have a great workout and feel accomplished. Now I put 4 and others might even give it a 3 because to someone else the gym is small and not air conditioned.Now as of last month April 2023 they got new equipment. So that's a plus but I can understand how aesthetically and also no air conditioning can be not appealing to others. They do have showers and the gym is kept fairly clean. Staff is also nice and can help assist with form if needed. If you need a smallGym to get your ish together and pump a workout out this is your place. Go and get your workout on. It's a 5 star gym in my book but be aware your getting a basic old gym. Have a good workout you all. Pump Gang!

Favorite gym on post. It's not flashy, it's an old building with old equipment. However, it's got everything you need to get a solid workout, and no matter what time you go, you're seldom waiting for a machine or bench to open up. Fans instead of A/C, so during summer, you may want to re-consider the midday workouts.

Very functional gym on post that is very sparsely populated, which distinguishes it from the other gyms on post.That said, it does not have working A/C at the time of this review, which makes working out a bit more spartan, but the equipment and availability makes up for it l. I wish, however, it had better operating hours. It closes at 7, and as someone who prefers evening workouts this isn't ideal.

I enjoy this gym, nice n hot to sweat n melt off the pounds, its clean and has a variety of equipment to be used. Love the punching bag

No air conditioning which is a plus, keeps it from getting crowded and adds to the training value

This is by far the best gym on post in my opinion. All the other gyms put their machines in seperate rooms so I'm walking all over the place to find what I'm looking for and this gym is just open. Also they leave the doors open so it stays relatively similar to the temps outside. I personally like this because I feel like AC actually slows me down in the gym.

I'd rate it higher, but there is an older black gentleman that works there (he always wears some type of khaki colored scarf or gaiter around his neck & has a low fro) that makes the environment feel uncomfortable. He weaves in and out of the machines and equipment and attempts to hold conversations with the females working out when they are taking a break or peel their headphones off. Sometimes people want to go to the gym and be left alone. If he isn't attempting to speak, then he is pacing back and forth on the balcony staring at females working out.The rest of the crew that work in the office by the entrance are awesome! They are very friendly & welcoming. There's also a lady that sits at a desk in the gym area - no idea what her job is, but she doesn't bother anyone or get in anyone's way, so that's great. The older woman who does all the cleaning is amazing as well, she is very thorough with her cleaning & also is considerate not to get in your way if you are in the middle of a set. I give the rest of the crew 5/5

Good share of machines and workout areas. My favorite thing is the rowing machine and the punching bag. Both really do inspire great workouts.
