Good customer service. The pharmacy is great too. We have been using this establishment for about ten years and have been pleased

Honesty goes a long way. I called to check on the status of my prescription and was told it would be ready in 45 minutes. I then visit the store and was told my prescription could not be filled because the internet was down all day. I understand that technical issues happen. However, that should have been told to me when I called (after waiting on hold for 10 minutes).

I like Walgreens I find the stores refreshing in that they are all uniform an you know what to expect - with the exception of THIS LOCATION. The pharmacy is the WORST!!!!!!! Had a prescription called in at 1pm - I saw they received it it was in process then all of a sudden it was pushed out to the NEXT DAY. I kept calling and calling no one would answer. The next day I called the pharmacy told me they didn't have a night pharmacist to work so they just pushed it all out to the next day. I was sick NOW which was why my doctor gave me the script. NO APOLOGY for the inconvenience. I swear if my insurance didn't MAKE me use Walgreens I'd never step foot in this location again - once again the pharmacy continues to exceed my frustration & disappointment- went to get my scripts was told -oh only one ready - we are breaking for lunch in 10 min come back in an hour. S*** S*** S*** CUSTOMER SERVICE -

The customer service at this pharmacy is so poor. The workers are surly and there is always a long wait. I am going to move my business to a different pharmacy. Don't waste your time coming here!

If there was a way to give a Zero I would!! Always Worst customer service every time I've come here. Meathead manager Ed has no clue and needs to be retrained. Twice I've made photo gifts for my family here and you show up and they say they are not ready when online says they are. They don't call and give you a heads up to let you know. Then he argued with me when I called him out on this. Once they sent my order to another store and never let me know. Basic customer service 101- failed

I have been going to this location with my daughter multiple times per week for years. I will never step foot in this place again. I grabbed a shopping cart and filled it with numerous cases of soda they keep by the front door. I then go to the cosmetics area and grabbed a few nail files and one nail snip. I then make my way to the other side of the store to grab my young daughter some gold fish crackers when an employee walked up to me and without saying a word, took the nail care products out of my hands and walked away. I know it sounds crazy but this actually happened. When I finally got past the shock and asked what the hell was going on, she replied "I'm keeping them in cosmetics". I asked how she figured she had legal right to remove something from my hands and she replied "these will be in cosmetics when your ready to pay". I'm not a shoplifter nor am I poor. I'm actually retired from the US Military and a retired US Government Agent. She refused to say anything other than "they will be in cosmetics when your ready to pay". I spoke to the assistant manager who said the woman who treated me like dog crap was the store manager. She couldn't believe what she had done either. Only after identifying myself as a retired agent she came up with a b******* lie "I thought you where handing them to me". Totally the opposite of what she had been saying. Then I called corprate and received zero reply. Two weeks latter and three message, zero replies. i wouldn't step foot it this place. Go to CVS instead. If you do go there watch out for the heavy set white woman who hates men.

When I walked in a rep was at the front register and they didn't greet me at all. I live basically next door to this store and since I was looking for a particular type of sugar that you didn't carry I walked out with no one even asking what I was looking for. Very bad customer service this morning.

My doctor called in a prescription just fine, but on Walgreens end there was something hung they did which wasn't allowing it to be processed by my insurance company. I called my insurance and they weRe ready and willing to work it outt, all the pharmacy had to do was call thIer pharmacists help line. When I told them this they were rude and did not want to help. I was put on hold and told they'd be back with me. I went though 3cycles or hold back to ringing line before completely disconnected. I ended up sending my husband to work it out. Very rude customer service at the pharmacy.

This location has been my go-to pharmacy at my Texas residence for years. They're typically pretty good about getting refills in a timely order, checking for drug interactions, and being polite. They have a drive-thru for convenience but unfortunately they close in the middle of the day for a "meal break" which I've never seen at any other Walgreens pharmacy location- unclear why they can't stagger breaks to avoid this, as I am unable to pop by on my own lunch break to pickup.

Another old school atm with a minimum withdrawal. New machines are down to withdrawal amounts of $5 and some even $1.
