Everything is disorganized except for the purse section. There was some employee yelling at kids, which I get, don't let your kids run wild in a store unattended. It was hot. Like the ac wasn't on or anything. Lots of Steve madden bags.

This is the worst place for customer service EVER!!! If you don't have Paicence to wait in a line do not I repeat do NOT come here the employees that are working are trying but then you have two employees working their hardest and the other two sitting and gossiping and being fat and eating mnms watching the line grow. As they walk to the back knowing there's only two employees working and thiss is right before the first day of school me and I kids need too stay on schedule and this place including the employees ain't IT!

Had an issue with my credit card explaining to the employee that I would be back. Then, I called the store to let them know that I was running late getting back because of further issues, only to have my stuff put away upon arrival after they said they would hold it.
Was unable to find the items in my cart. And very disappointed and frustrated with this store

I went in a little after they opened the and I was walking around shopping, when I saw two employees come out with one of the carts to put merchandise out on the floor. There was a ton of hello kitty blankets on the cart, and one of the employees grabbed as many blankets as she could carry and RAN to the front , either to hide them or pay for them for herself. There were two blankets left on the cart, but they never made it on the floor because ANOTHER employee grabbed those as well. Completely unprofessional and no oversight on these employees who don’t give customers a chance to purchase the blankets. These same employees will go on and resell them for way more. Horrible customer experience.

I’m giving a shout out to this store because I had lost my wallet in there & one of the clerks found it. When I went back to see if it was there, they had it locked up in their lockers verified it was mine and they gave my wallet back. They had my back. Felicia, was the clerk that helped me look originally & when I came back to the store she had it ready, she knew I was coming back.

Store was a little disappointing, was disorganized, plus the cashiers rely TOO MUCH on the button that tells the customer that "register #? is ready for next customer" or whatever it says, because they don't even greet you or make eye contact with you when you walk up to the register. They're like robots.... if they don't like their jobs, then go somewhere else....
