Google needs to update to ZERO stars because that’s exactly what is needed for this business. Based on my experience here with the amenities not being able to be of use and the degrading quality of customer service I received from the so called manager was unacceptable. The amenities I’m referring to are the high pressured air vac blower and the mat cleaner. Both amenities were broken and not for use, the first response from the foreign manager was respectful and friendly. When I then went to ask for help for the mat washer the white male manager was rude with his response and told me to go elsewhere with my business. He also made unpleasant faces as I was talking. I then asked to be contacted and he said the manager will be here next week then said next day. I asked for the owners name and number of the business to contact tomorrow and he told me it’s called Google, so here I am. Don’t waste your time here as you can only wash your car with low vac pressured vacuum. No rags, air vacs, or mat washers as they have been broken for some time quoted from the white male manager.

Really like this place. I got the Big Zone and it got the car sparkling without any scratches. There's just tiny little hard-to-reach areas that still had dust like the area beneath the rear camera, but I can easily clean that or not care. Between this place and Go Car Wash, I chose to get a membership here because every option is $2-$3 cheaper. Plus the second to lowest option (the one I chose) has undercarriage wash here but not over there, something I really appreciate. Vacuums worked great as well. Would love to see them expand to more locations.

Never going through this wash again. After paying $20 for the best wash I still got a less than satisfactory result. I have a medium sized truck, and the whole wash is too fast to be honest. After I came out my rims were still dirty, and the wash didn’t even touch the back windshield of my truck.

Amazing Place!! Great Prices, The Wash Offers Free Towels, Vacuums And Air Fresheners. I Would Recommend Coming Here If You Want A Good Car Wash, The Employees Are Nice And Helpful With Whatever You need, Again An Amazing Carwash!!

Great location, mostly friendly staff but on several occasions I noticed scuffs on the sides on my vehicle that I was able to buff out. Then on Monday, 11/6, my rear windshield wiper was cracked going through the tunnel on my brand new ‘23 CX-5.I filled out a claim with the car wash attendant but never heard from management as I was told I would. I stopped in on 11/10 and the manager says a claim was filed but it takes time. I’m mostly disappointed that I even needed to pull up to get more information on getting my wiper replaced.Customer service is great until they damage your vehicle. I even have dash cam footage showing the brushes lifting my back wiper and the tassels pulling it backward so it flopped/cracked. And all I keep getting is “we still need to review our footage.” Right.Save yourself the hassle and stick with Watershed or Go. I’ve never had a vehicle damaged or scratched before.

Newer location, mostly great, needs to tighten up on towel availability and regularly get debris out of vacuum spaces. Many times I've worried about my tires. Still a great place, Though. Tip. Place the vehicle in neutral. Don't be like the guy in that truck. Don't make me take pictures of your truck in reverse in a drive thru wash, so I can mock you to everyone with examples. I should say don't make do it again.

I love this car wash. I pay 35$ monthly but I come everyday and it cleans great. Vacuums are decent. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

This is by far the best car was I have been to! Car wash lasts for a good while. I love that they have free vacuum and the wash clothes to clean the interior the cars. I will define back! ????Service: Vacuuming

I really liked this place but twice I have gone and I’ll just be sitting at the entrance waiting for the lift to open and several cars with no problem will pass right through I got so frustrated I just left also you literally have to go through the wash more then once because one wash won’t do it ..but for me to be sitting there while other cars go through is crazy

Love this new car wash, but the only downside is that they never seem to be able to keep the clean microfiber cloths stocked to wipe down the cars after being washed. Love that the vacuum option is free and that they have a lane reserved for memberships only.

Cool car wash, prices comparable to HEB car washes but you get extra cleaning here since a person cleans your windshield before you enter! Also enjoy the rainbow colored lights! Glad this one opened up by my house.

Self serve but tunnel wash is excellent.Towels, compressed air, and vacuum provided the only thing missing is a sink to wash out towels as to clean interior.

Doesn't clean the car very good even when getting one of the higher packages, tires still have dirt on them and the front still had a big spot that didn't get removed .... Website is also trash unable to make any changes

The wash is an attractive process, but it failed to clean the roof of my car properly which brought the dirt down to the rest of my car during the drying process. I feel as though the blowers for the dryer could be better. I would try it again, but not for $20 ?

They’re vacuum they don’t work there not powerful and some of them they just don’t work at all and they don’t take the bugs from the car I pay 16 dollars and the truck still is dirty.
