Went into the store looking for an outfit for my son. A very nice employee by the name of John was helpful and knowledgeable about western wear. He helped us through the whole process.
We were very satisfied with our experience that after checking out we went right back in to get my Husband some jeans. The store was clean, organized and John along with the rest of employees were great.

Alexis was VERY helpful and very knowledgeable when it came to the hats and boots. I Didn’t feel rushed at all and not a once of attitude! She helped me find the right hat size for me and my boot size too. She was awesome!

I came in with my husband on Thursday evening looking for some boots. An employee named John helped us find exactly what we were looking for. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the boots. Wish there could be more salesman like him at this store

I just left there with my son looking for a cowboy hat for heritage day and he was one difficult customer lol but they were so kind a patient with him and one man helped him find the perfect hat i didn't catch his name but he was amazing with him thank u for being amazing there ❤️

I recently purchased a complete outfit from this store including 2 hats and spent over $300 at this store. I was very happy the way i looked and the sales person was great! After 2 wks when i took a photo with the hat, i noticed some minor imperfections right in front (with the finish) on one of the hats but noticeable and eye sore for me. I didnt catch it at the time of purchase, it blends in with some light and shadows. I took it back to exchange and the asst.mgr refused. He said I did it and he could not re-sell it like that, even though it was sold to me that way and had a 30 day warranty. Needless to say, I would have easily spent more money at that store but will NOW, go some where else...

So was looking for a hat and boots I found this place they greeted me nice and help me out didn't find a boot I liked but did find a hat it automatically caught my eyes and the price was cheap 39.99 +tax

Never had ariat work boots do this in 2 months. The quality of these boots were disappointing. Never shop at this store again.

The management/owners of this business have terrible and disgusting qualities towards their employees and their safety all around. This place should genuinely shutdown all together if they don’t flush the entire management team as a whole. I’m praying the employees find the strength to leave this so called dumpster fire of a business.

I have never shopped for clothing for the Stock Show & Rodeo before and figured an outlet might give me more bang for my buck.
The place was dated, but well stocked with tons of different cowboy hats, Aria clothing and boots. Not too much for the plus size girl in tops. You better be real cowgirl built to wear most of these clothes. Size 11 Cowgirl boots were limited & not too cute... the sales girl, did pull the small selection from the back & the one pair was creamy, fringe & sparkly! Just what I wanted!
The staff was VERY helpful, but the prices, did not reflect outlet prices or, to be fair, what I thought were outlet prices.
I purchased some bling for my hat, a shirt, $250.00 cowgirl hat - you read that right.. and 280.00 boots. It was a last minute purchase on the day of the rodeo and when the fantastic sales girl rung up the total.. I al.ost passed out...lol
I did look cute, the workmanship of the items looked good and I received a TON of compliments on my sparkly boots!
Who knew Cowgirl apparel was so pricey... next time I will go to the stores everyone told me to go to as well as not wait til the day of to purchase.
I could have looked cute from Amazon for muuuuuuuuccchhh less.

Love this store and the amazingly kind and helpful employees. This store has super knowledgeable employees that went above and beyond in helping me find what I was looking for. I will definitely be back! I had so much fun shopping here and came out with exactly what I was looking for- a fun pair of low cut boots! The staff was patient and helped to make sure I walked out with a pair that fit me just right!

Had a weird experience in here. I came with my sister just to find a cute hat for an event and we know we don’t look like your stereotypical country style type of people. We weren’t greeted and that wasn’t a big deal but the workers just started surrounding us and staring while we tried on some hats while having a good time. No one ever asked if we needed help or anything, they just stood there watching us. I’m fine with no one talking to me when i’m shopping bc I’m more introverted but the staring made us very uncomfortable and like they were finding us sketchy. Overall a truly weird enough experience to make me leave this review. If you look different than their average customer, just a heads up.
