Worst service ever!!! Before going to this office I read some bad reviews about it and I thought, these reviewers must be wrong. My visit to this branch proved them right.!!, really bad service. I went to correct some information in my account, I was the only one at the branch, I walked to the door of the only cubicle that had an employee in it, she was doing something on her phone (not really sure it was work related), she ignored me, I step into the cubicle and she promptly in a very rude way told me to go back to the lobby, about 5 minutes later she called me back into the cubicle, she was not really listening what I was saying, kind of condescending. Anyways she “fixed” the error in my account. A few days later I go into the bank web page and I find that sho made the error worse. Now I’ll need to go to a branch again to fix this error. The bank should not allow this kind of employees at any location, much less at this main central branch in downtown.

Absolutely the worst bank I have ever dealt with! Their incompetence & devil may care attitude runs from top to bottom with their employees & staff.And good luck getting someone at any branch or corporate. COMPNY Policy.A

I got a bank checking and savings a few days later i do overseas commodities and they said i did fraud. Shame on them i will get my lawyer and the better business b and complaint. Painted a evil picture. And im a minister. They cancelled my account

Giving this bank organization 1star for poor customer service regarding my friends account. My friend has a social media platform news organization. It was unbiased news. They closed it and didn’t even call my friend. Don’t use this bank. Apparently PNC didn’t learn the lesson from PayPal

I HAVE BEEN IN THIS BANK AND THE TELLERS ARE RACES IF YOUR NOT WHITE SKIN THEY WILL TAKE A LONG TIME TO HELP YOU OR ACT TO GOOD TO SERVE YOU THAT WRONG YOU SHOULD TREAT ALL YOUR COSTUMER THE SAME WAY BAD COSTUMER SERVICE.

I deposited a guaranteed check on the San Antonio location on Pecan St since I was told I couldn’t cash it Teller lost it they have no clue where the check is and the only option is an escalated case. I hate BBVA ever merged with them beyond incompetent!!! Moving all my money to Frost.

It took 4 hours over 2 days with 4 different people just to try to open a business account. They were unable to accomplish this. They kept inputting my information incorrectly. Even with my incorrect information, they wanted me to sign my paperwork and make a deposit to finalize everything. The manager was very condescending and could not correct the issues that the other employees made. In addition, another clerk kept trying to pull away the clerk that was working with me even though I had an appointment. He was asking her to leave right in front of me multiple times. This was very unprofessional and rude. I will never do any personal or professional banking with a PNC Bank in the future. It also didn't help that I had to pay for parking to come here for two days just to get absolutely nothing done. Parking validation was not offered.

Multiple fraudulently accounts opened in my name. Over 1 hour wait to speak to someone still no answer. Terrible bank that didn’t do a proper check on identity. Had to reach out via Instagram to get a response.
