Worst bank in San Antonio. I waited at the drive thru for over 15 minutes to make a deposit. Finally had to call the bank (and it rang over 20 times) before I could get anyone to respond !!

A great facility for both business/personal banking & venue for events/meetings. It’s a beautiful facility located on the Southside. Laurie Lerma the Branch Manager is very accommodating, professional, and personable. I appreciate everything she does regarding her banking services and event coordination services.

I have attended several events at this location and all of the bank representative are courteous, and helpful. It’s a great place to schedule small businesses workshops as well. The Bank Manager Laurie’s Lerma is a pleasure to work with ?
