Mr. Randall went above and beyond to fix my computer's power issues!! He even updated my RBG lights that never worked correctly even though I didn't bring up the issue. I appreciate the kindness and professional work!

Great staff here. I had a really old computer that went out. They were able to save my data and get it on a new computer. I was even emailed some pictures and prices for a new computer.These guys did a great job. Thank you!

I recently bought some bare metal parts to go with my existing case and power supply. When I asked about specific items, the first question I got was, "You didn't go to the website, did you?"Big red flag. Why wouldn't a computer business with a long history have a current website?I was sold an OEM copy of Windows 11. I mentioned I didn't have a CD/DVD. They told me the product key should work for installing the O/S. OEM copies of Windows have to be installed from the CD, or using ADK tools from Microsoft. OEM copies are normally used by system builders on new PCs. OEM versions will install on a new PC that doesn't have a previous version of Windows installed and cannot be transferred to another machine. Windows 11 OEM doesn’t provide product support. Had I done my research, I would have skipped buying the OEM disk, and just purchased the license through Microsoft, which I ended up doing. Bottom line, the retailer should have already known that an OEM key wouldn't work in the scenario I asked about, and should have sold a different version of Windows 11. When I contacted Microsoft, they stated that the retailer would need to replace the install disk with a working copy. A working copy being a retail version instead of OEM.At this point, they offered that I could bring in my PC so they could look at it, and get me up and running, instead of just offering to get me the correct copy of Windows 11. I declined, having read previous customer reviews.Will not be purchasing from this business in the future.

I have been doing business with AllGen Computers for years and have never been disappointed. Their staff is friendly, very helpful, and professional. I've never had a problem they couldn't solve. I also bought a used computer from them which has been working great for a couple of years so far. They are always my "go to" computer place and the business I always recommend to friends.

The folks at AllGens are some of best in the game. Not only do they make incredible builds for all types of computer usage, but they are fast, reliable, honest and respectful to the costumer. I have been here twice to upgrade and fix my computer in the past and will continue to visit them when the time comes! If you want a computer built or need parts replaced or installed, this is the spot to go. I can’t recommend them enough!

The staff there was very friendly, kind, and always willing to answere questions. They got my gaming pc up and running within a few days, it's looks amazing. Not only did they get my computer running, but they made it better and fixed problems I didn't it had. You guys are great and I'll definitely come back if I need help again.

We have been taking our computers to Allgen for repairs for almost 20 years, and would not even consider another firm. They are the best!!!! We know we can trust them to give us a fair price, including pricing out different options.
