Incredibly unprofessional, we purchased a vehicle in February, 5 months ago and have still not received our license plates. We've called 5 time and each time are told "it will be sent out today", yet we STILL don't have the plates and still can't register our car.
To make things even worse, I called again and as soon as they heard it was me again asking for my plates from 5 months ago, they hung up and ignored my calls. Just go to an actual dealership and skip the hassle these jokers will put you through.

Great Experience with purchasing a used car. Staff was friendly and very helpful and went the extra effort to give us a great payment through financing. Paperwork did not take long at all. I would recommend if needing to get an affordable deal on a used car.

Luis Garcia was excellent to work with. I drove down from Austin to checkout truck listed on website. No games or funny stuff. Vehicle was exactly as presented.
This was probably the most hassle free vehicle purchase I’ve ever made.

Great experience here. Found this beautiful Lincoln, took it for a drive, and it sounded like it needed a minor repair but overall great condition. When we mentioned the repair to Luis, he gladly offered to have it done at the shop. It was repaired, we found some new issues (not present before initial repair), and Luis once again offered to repair them. Vehicle is now running great and I am very pleased with the service/ transparency offered by this business. Would absolutely come back.

I came to this dealership in a desperate time of needing to find a vehicle in a very fast pace with the fear of getting into a vehicle that would end up breaking down on me as I’ve had bad experiences in the past. Luis was there to help and very professional and genuine guy, he was able to get me in a reliable and beautiful car with good numbers. They are scammers, do not buy cars in this dealer, you will regret having done so, before you get home the car is already having problems, then they sell you a warranty to fix it that does not cover anything and you have to pay more, at the same time In the end you leave the car, they say they fixed it and they do nothing and continue charging, we must report these scammers on all networks

S/o to Luis for doing all the paperwork and getting a bank to finance me on a Saturday. Great hospitality they gave me and my parents. It was a smooth sale. Glad we was able to help each other out. Left in a class gas saver suv. I will go back again in the future for another purchase.

Don't buy here. It's a stay and they don't care about anything! They don't care, and if your car has a problem in the first week, maybe they'll send it to the mechanic, but they already know if something is wrong with the car, they just throw some crazy guy at you and you'll lose that money, they won't give you anything back.
