Walked in, gave them my specs for one crank shaft bolt and had a grade 8 in my hand in less than 5 minutes. 3_1/4" specialtyNo complaints

Went in for a small set screw. Counter person was reluctant to help. They did have the screw. Was informed of the $25 minimum.I inquired about a caulk gun to see if it’d help me meet the minimum. It was $125. For a caulk gun. Inquired about a 10” Diablo brand saw blade instead. That too was $125. I took this as code for “we don’t want your business” and left. Found the screw I needed at HD for $1.50. No minimum there.These guys gotta meet their customers halfway. Next time I’ll wear oakleys and work boots maybe they’ll give me more respect

I have been dealing with this company since the late 80's . Ever since they decided to do their 25 dollar minimum was a big big i mean big turn off for me and other contractors that i personally know that deal with them. I know alot of contractors who are now dealing with either online or going to other competiitors . They would rather us go to other competitors like alamo bolt , rohne bolt, longhorn bolt and screw , and other companies that sell fasterners and they DON'T have a minimum. Ace bolt and Screw, Fiesta Bolt , and Fastener supply , if ur reading this, ur going to lose alot of business because of ur $25 dollar minimums.. U guys are just focusing on the big contractors and not looking at the little guys like us to do business with. Because in the beginning when ur company first started back at ur old location it was US LITTLE GUYS that brought u to where your at today. Don't you forget that ! good luck !

Attempted to pick up a few lock nuts and was told to go to Home Depot. Horrible customer service. Trust that if Home Depot had what I needed, I would not have driven across town just to be laughed at and told to go elsewhere.UPDATE: Went online to Amazon. Purchased the 50 pack of locknuts for $23. Yea I only needed 4, and had Ace not been rude, I would have bought it from them. After reading the other reviews, seems this is par for the course.

Don't bother going to this place worse service very rude thier doors are closed and locked, you need to order everything thru their website they told me on the phone.

Been buying few things from here through out the yrs . Extremely frustrating trying to buy bolts over phone when I’m no bolt expert and have the bolt in hand as usual to show what I need but no one to show it too .. if I wanted to talk through a phone and place and order I’d just cut the middle man out and buy online ??

This place is horrible. Everyone on the phone is rude. It is one thing to say it do to COVID its another to just blatantly disrespect people in person and over the phone. Guy even said they should close down. So if this is how you treat people who have supported your business there should be no Positive Reviews at all unless your having employees write reviews.

Worst Experience! Called in order exactly how the outdoor sign said. I personally saw people not follow their rules and treated like a second class citizen. After ordering, I patiently waited and stood outside (20min) for them to pull inventory. After receiving the bolts they were wrong size. Store clerk got upset with me ordering the "wrong size". Upon checking the receipt, clerk was wrong. Didn't apologize after making a scene and embarrassed himself in front of everyone. These people are sad and treat their customers horribly. Last time I try doing business with them.

Most likely won't ever go back.. Tried them since they were close by. Called for directions and they never mentioned that you need to call in your order an hour ahead of time. Doors were locked, people standing outside. Had a note on the door to call in your order 1 hr in advance... it also said not to bang on the door or windows.They finally came out to hand someone their order, and asked if I had one. I told him I didn't yet, and he closed the door as he said thru the glass that I needed to call it it. When I told him that I had a quick question on their supply, he replied that I need to find out what I wanted and call it in.After that he just kept pointing to the signs on the door. I tried to call in my order and they didn't even have everything I needed.While I can understand the concern for covid, it just doesn't appear that they have any concern for customer service.I went to my normal supplier, and was in & out in less time. Generously gave 2 stars - only because I don't know what their non-covid norm is.

Don’t go here I was here at 7:30am . I had an example of the bolt that I needed.They were only taking calls for orders due to Covid but when you have a bolt that’s cut off with a torch it would be really hard to explain over the phone ! Don’t recommend it they turn you down quick!
