Leaving this review specifically because of an employee named Emma. Now everyone here at this location has been nice, but Emma went above and beyond and knew exactly what product would work for my 36 year old skin. I hope this review is seen by her supervisors because she was absolutely fantastic and deserves all the praise❤️

Booked a hair styling appointment for curling iron curls and Christie R styled my hair for family photos just the way I wanted. She is so kind and knows her stuff! I recommend her anytime.

Do not believe this location when they say have stylist that can do African American hair, they unfortunatelydo not...or at least did not schedule with someone who could. My daughter called looking for someone to do a silk press on African American hair. They told her yes. When she arrived for her appointment, the stylist did not act as though she had done African American hair before. She used products we had never used before, and proceeded to ask if she wanted her hair pressed with a hot comb or flat iron. We've never used a hot comb on her hair, and this felt insulting. She used a flat iron and her hair was extremely poofy when she left the salon. We've had her hair done by staff at other Ulta locations with no problem. This was a waste of time and money. If you can't do someone's her, it is okay to just say so.

I have been going to their hair salon for a year to a wonderful stylist but he apparently left. So after suffering for 4 months I decided to try one of their other stylists. No one acknowledged me when I came up and sat down. I waited for 30 minutes and my stylist finally asks if I'm her appointment and tells me it's going to be a while, she's making no attempt to hurry even though it's almost 30 minutes past my appointment time. I finally told her to forget it. If you don't care enough about customers to make them feel valued, then you don't need my business or anyone's Very poor customer service.

I paid a visit to this location on Sunday afternoon and am very glad I did. i found the store well stocked and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. they even told me a product I was interested in would be going on sale very soon and they would be happy to give me a few samples to get me by until then. the specific thing I liked was when the beautician helping me gave me 3 options for a product I needed at 3 price points so I could choose what was best for me. i will definitely shop here again for the sale item and beyond. Oh and one other thing. I loved that they had samples of some products that I could actually apply in the store and that helped me make good decisions for my skin type and color. Love this store!

I went into ulta after work with a completely impossible task, my girlfriend sent me in blind asking for product without a brand or bottle to reference. Howver both Star and Angelica were amazing despite my ignorance and lack of direction, they were able to guide me around. They provided many different options and were very patient and kind while helping me. 10/10 I could not have managed without thier amazing help!!
