Had the same issue with Durand, lady wasn’t so nice about us using the restroom, looked out and stared at us for a while after we got back to the car. Got $50+ oil, had to pump twice because the pump has some issues.

This white guy with glasses was working tonight. I should have looked at his name but i was enraged with his attitude. I handed him 4 lottery tickets to redeem. He lets me know that he can only cash out $20. I said ok. He then asks me hiw much are the winnings. I said i dont know. He then suggests that i go to the lottery machine to check them. I ask him why when i understand that i can only get $20 . I told him i would get more lottery tickets. Then this guy has the nerve to tell me that i dont have to have an attitude about it. I tell him that i understand that he can only cash out $20. And that he is the one with an attitude. He then asks me if i want to redeem the. Somewhere else. Thats when i snatched them out his hand and proceeded to cuss him out. The total was $90. So they lost business.

We stopped in for fuel and restroom break. Outdoor men and women's restroom so my wife asked for the key for both doors from Martha the lady managing the register. She told my wife the restrooms were for customers only and can't you read my sign which we were...$40 worth of fuel. When my wife said we were customers she then said they were being cleaned which they weren't. As an ex 32 year Shell employee I wasn't impressed and won't stop in again. We went down to the Stripes which was very clean accommodating used their restrooms bought coffee and a snack
