Will NEVER return to this store. Have used this product for 30+ years. Purchased one item "suggested" by the owner. I had not used this product before. It was an alternative to an item they discontinued. It didn't work for me. Refused to allow me to have credit to purchase two more items. My purchase would have been over the refund amount. They would have made money. I've been thinking about switching to Neutragena for a long time. Now seems to be that time. It's called Customer Service.

Absolutely love this store! The staff is always so helpful and courteous, especially the owners sister! What a wonderful person. Soooooo helpful. I'll be back soon.

Just started using Merle Norman cosmetics again. Love how much smoother and well hydrated my face felt almost immediately! I used MN along time ago. Used Clinique, Ester Lauder, and various other name brands, but my face didn’t feel hydrated. My makeup stays on better and I LOVE how soft and clear my face is!

The lady has my info in the computer. I come from out of town. She knows what I want and makes sure she has it. Same lady every time I go and even inform me I can call amd they can mail it too me!!!! Which is fantastic. Girls now days don't know what good make up is because they have never used merle Norman. Worth the money if it had 10 stars I would give them 10!!!
