Johnny, Tony and Gabe in service are the best. My F150 had issues that continue. Service dept has been short-handed and rushed diagnosis and dismissed my suggestion and history of the reoccurring transmission issues.
They were truly trying to help under bad circumstances and mine appeared to be an easy fix.
Again, these guys were doing a great job with little support.

The overall experience with Jim Bass Ford service was terrible. 2 weeks to get a drop off appointment. No one looked at my vehicle for 3 weeks. Then ordered parts and started work. I was in a rental furnished by JBF, however for that entire time I was able to transport my dogs and wouldn’t drive at night for fear of hitting a deer and damaging the rental. I will think twice before letting them take my vehicle again. The service advisor was less than upfront and honest during the entire process.

Jareth sold us a new car with slight hail damage. We got a great deal and the experience was quick and easy. Did most of the business on the phone and signed paperwork in person. Not pushy on extra warranties as well. Would buy from here again!

Called Fast Lane atJim Bass on Thursday to see if I needed appt to take in my 2019 Ford Escape for a complete oil change pkg. They said bring it in Friday at 3:15 and had it finished by 4:30. They were very courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asked who I used. Thank you again, for your service.

I have used Jim Bass ford since 1990 to buy all my vehicles and never had a problem however, today was no different. My wife took our Ford edge last weekend in to get a new battery put in she dealt with Anthony awesome service. The Anthony was very, very informative and treated her with respect and informed her about all the questions. She had awesome service. Keep up the good work, Anthony. I’ll be looking for the F250 soon possibly by the end of the year and I will be here. Awesome dealership.
