Very bad experience. Was told I would not be seen when I asked to speak Candina who handled said tax returns. She was extremely rude in the lobby . She could have taken this into a room but chose to embarrass me and probably other clients waiting to be seen.

I normally do my own tax preparation, but this year I had a one-time complicated issue that was beyond my expertise. I went to H&R Block based on their reputation, and was not disppointed. The preparer (Mark Davis) was very knowledgeable and professional. Even though I owe the IRS a considerable amount, I understand how I could have made a complete mess of my return. Preparation fees were reasonable, considering the number of additional forms I required.

I've been filing with H&R for many years and they always get me in and out. Fast and friendly. I'm satisfied with my return in the end so I'm gonna return next year. I won't go anywhere else!!!!

I highly recommend choosing H&R Block for filing taxes! They have very educated individuals and sincerely care for their patrons. Nancy was a complete gem through the entire process and educated my wife and I in best practices moving forward and teaching of the new and upcoming changes that are constant in the tax world! Called to make an appointment representative by the name of Allison was very rude I tried reaching out to corporate and was assured issue would be taking care of but its been a week and this rude person is still there..not going back
