My husband and I recently purchased a 2024 Honda Odyssey from here. Jonathan was so helpful and truly genuine. We really appreciate honesty and that is what he delivered through and through. I am 9 months pregnant, just recently totalled my car, and walking in there was a breath of fresh air. The gentleman in the financing was also just an all round great guy. Explained everything and made sure it was all perfect. We had a little confusion with the truck trade in loan, and Krista was quick to own up to it and get it resolved ASAP. I have been looking for a local dealership to do business with longterm, since most of our business dealings are out of Tom Green. I will absolutely be going back and reccomending them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Thank you again for taking one less stress off our shoulders!

I am a retired Army veteran so here is the BLUF (bottom line up front). DO NOT GO TO Brown Honda! My daughter had an issue with a 2024 Honda Accord EX she just bought with an ADAS (Advance Driver Assist System) issue. We took the Honda to Brown Honda of San Angelo for service. The issue was the windshield, which we replaced in the long run. Be careful of aftermarket windshields on Honda as they can effect the ADAS on Honda's. The car was purchased from Classic Honda of Midland, upon the first occurrence of the issue (within the first week after purchase), we decided to use a dealership closer to home than driving back to Midland for service. We are from San Angelo.
Upon taking the car to Brown Honda, on Friday Aug 16th, we made the appointment at 1330 and by 1730 we had not been contacted so we went back to the dealership. Brayden was the service representative, and he informed us that the camera needed to be calibrated, but he was just about to call us before we walked in the door. Then he tried to find the service sheet which had our contact information on it, and that took another 5 minutes. So lying saying you were just about to call without the service sheet in front of you...not the best start. I told him had he called I would have said then go ahead and calibrate it. But instead we had to make another appointment for Monday Aug 19th at 0800.
We brought the car back on Monday at 0800 and we were told it would take an hour and a half to calibrate the camera. My daughter and I went to breakfast and then returned around 1030. At that time, we found out the car had not even been looked at even though it was in the garage. We were told the technician was busy driving other vehicles around. I asked how long before the calibration could begin, as I understand that we are not the only Honda having issues. We were told at 1030 that the technician would be working our car next. After about an hour and thirty minutes we were informed that the camera could not be calibrated due to the aftermarket windshield being the issue. I asked if they would be able to replace the windshield with a Honda windshield, and Brayden said yes they could overnight a windshield from Dallas as long as we placed the order before 1600. It was 1200 so we said please order the new windshield and asked when it would be installed. We were assured that it would be Tuesday Aug 20th. My daughter received a phone call from Brayden on Tuesday Aug 20th at 1130 informing her that the windshield was not ordered until after 1600 on Monday due to system issues. They said that the issue was when the windshield was ordered prior to 1600 the windshield was on backorder, but then miraculously after 1600 it was available. Seems somewhat fishy to me, but what is more concerning is that no one made a phone call on Monday to confirm the backorder or see if it was available. Also we never received a call on Monday of the issue, just Tuesday when they got around to letting us know it would be another day. Now my daughter is a student attending the University of Texas in Austin and needed her car by Thursday Aug 22nd in order to move from San Angelo to Austin. They were aware of this time issue.
I called Brayden on Tuesday and confirmed that the windshield would be at the dealership and installed no later than Wednesday Aug 21st. I told him the car needed to be squared away by Wednesday without another issue. I went to the dealership on Wednesday Aug 21st at 0930, and guess what...the one and only technician they had that can install windshields had unfortunately been in an accident and was at the ER. They were trying to find another place to have the windshield installed. It wasn't until I called around and found Randy @ Angelo Auto Glass to install the windshield. The camera calibration took 5 minutes once the new windshield was installed. I talked to Chris, the owner of Brown Honda, and he said he would look into what happened with us,

Please DO NOT Buy a car here!! They sold me a lemon, that now needs a new engine and needed one when I bought it 3 1/2 months ago!! There warranty refuses to approve it!! All they had to do was evenly trade it out and fix it with the loan company, so that instead of paying for the car I currently have I would be paying for a better car. They could have added the extra cost in as a little more of a payment each month, and gave me credit for the 3 payments I've already made. I wasn't looking for s new car going in, I just wanted them to fix the issue swiftly, or to give me a loaner or rental car, until they could get done, with my car, but they couldn't be bothered to do that, so they chose option 3, but didn't even approach the situation correctly. I can't be without a car, because that's my livelihood!! So they have screwed me over!! The sales person, who helped me in February is no longer there..I will never buy a car from them again!!!

Marcel Beal from the service department deserves to be recognized. Although he isn’t a dealer, he has always ensured we knew what was going on with vehicle maintenance, repairs, Estimated time of completions. He has ensured we were able to get a loaner vehicle when ours would be in the shop for a while. He is extremely respectful, dependable, shows initiative, and to make things even better, he is a VET. I can’t say enough good things about Brown Honda of San Angelo.
I was in a bad car accident last week and totaled my new 2024 Honda Civic. I had to call Brown Honda because I had questions regarding my gap insurance and my warranty. They were right there to help me. I found out I didn’t have rental coverage on my insurance- somehow it slipped through and Brown Honda reached out to me and let me use a vehicle until I can get some of the insurance claim situation settled. Clay and Paloma have helped me every step of the way and I can’t thank them enough for what they have done for me and my family.
