Shanda was the greatest sales person I have had in a while. She assisted me in selecting two recliners for my parents. (Pic provided is my mom in purchased recliner). Shanda helped me for an extended time until I finally found the recliners that fit my parents’ taste. Pierce Gallery Furniture had a wide selection and I sat in most of them to make my final selection.

Nice selection of available now furniture. My new night stands match and have lots of room in the drawers for things I cannot fit in my kitchen junk drawer such as batteries and cell phone chargers. I'll be back for an entertainment center I spotted soon as I save up the money. Hope it's still there!

Shanda and Lupe were very helpful. They gave us privacy as we were trying to decide on the perfect lift chair. They were not "pushy" and were not demanding an immediate decision. The new chairs were delivered the very next day. I thought customer service was a thing of the past, but the folks at Pierce Furniture provided excellent and friendly service.

Pleasant, friendly, honest and welcoming. Went the extra mile to handle all of my questions. If wasn’t sure, called her rep whom also talked with me. Bought 2 matching Lazy Boys! I received my custom covered recliners in 4 weeks! Wow! Impressive!!
