We had an absolutely incredible experience with Arden South Clinic when our mini Aussie had an accident. Emergency clinics are few and far between. They had an emergency number to call, they actually answered the phone. From the initial phone call, through the exam and X-rays, the care and compassion shown were second to none. The bill was fair for the services and we will be returning there for her future care! We saw Dr. Will and we can't Thank you enough for what you do!

2 emergency after-hour visits in the last 3 days. Amazing doctors both times treated us all, human and canine, with the utmost care and compassion. I think they are going to be my new regular vet team!

I had an amazing experience at Arden South last week. I can’t attest to their care when you get to take your baby home with you, but I can tell you I made a same-day appointment to say goodbye to my sweet fluff. They squeezed me in to their busy schedule and they were so kind and patient and caring for me, an absolute wreck, and for my baby, my 14-year old chinchilla. It was and continues to be one of the worst days of my life, but I am grateful for the entire team. The vet, whose name I didn’t even get, was incredibly warm and caring and made me feel like she and I were taken care of. The loss I feel is overwhelming, but there is no part of my experience at Arden South that made it worse. Thank you to the team for your kindness and care on that day. I appreciate you all.

This was by far the absolute BEST vet experience I’ve ever had. We were traveling through Texas in our motorhome and our Rottie Sammi Maxx was running a fever and having GI issues. They got us in within an hour of us pulling into town, took us straight back, prescribed several medications and several different kinds of canned food to make sure we would have one she would like. And to top it all off the bill was exceedingly reasonable. She was feeling better by the next day and is now back to normal. I can’t thank them enough for the amazing experience and for getting my fur baby back to good health!

This is the first place I've been that I can just get vaccines without being charged an outrageous exam fee! My older pup went in for a teeth cleaning and had to have several teeth pulled and the price was HALF the price of our old vet. They also trimmed his nails which the groomers now refuse to do and cleaned his matted eyes from his overactive tear duct. I'm just so happy to be able to afford good service again.

This place was great I thought I was going to lose my baby girl "Chihuahua chaweenie". But after hours they were there and took her over night next day I went to pick her up and started crying, because they saved her! Super nice people the guy worked with us, super cool. Week later my baby had some other issues with breast feeding her puppy's I called him let him know what was going on and he said to come get some medicine for her I did that and once again she's better! This will be my go to place! I will and do recommend this place if you have animals in need of medical attention! Thanks guys your great at what you do!

They were professional and kind when we got the dogs spayed and neutered. Recently took them back for their yearly shots and same amazing treatment.

Took our two young cats to Arden Road Animal Clinic. The good: they were very friendly on the phone and seem to be accommodating to military families. The vet was friendly and gave us very cost effective medicine for fleas/ticks vs the very expensive name brands - overall the price for two cats vet check plus medicine was less than what we expected. They have an on call vet for after hours The only con: the two office staff in the front did not acknowledge us when we walked in. They seemed to be annoyed that we were there. Also very unfriendly when we checked out - strange!
