The manager is extremely rude and snippy. Claims it's because they are working some many hours and everyone there is snippy at the moment and she's just glad they show up. Then proceeds to say well if you're going to just cut us out for an employees mistake and go across the street to alsups then that's on the customer and if the customers can't work with them on improving the new staff then that's our fault. If I could give a zero star review I would. Horrible customer service horrible!

THE MANAGER IS RUDE TO EVERYONE. I WILL NEVER GO AGAIN. NO SMILE, no greeting, she snaps at customers sometimes too. SOMETIMES MANAGER IS SITTING DOWN and in very rude voice says. you have to stand and wait for her. NEVER ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE LANGUAGE. This is why Allsups across street is busy all time. GET A FRIENDLY MANAGER

The employees are bipolar and slow, they flip on a switch. Eating food while ringing up merchandise and being rude to each other, and the consumer. They need to train the manager and employees on how to respect every one.

I just do not understand why you wouldn’t take any business you can get. Especially since you have a brand new allsups across the way. Every time I come in here they are un-able to break a $100, and today she tells me that it will take her 20 mins to break it. This is not good for your business. I’ll just have to spend my money elsewhere.
