Unorganized and lack of effort. Trainings weren’t scheduled out in advance, had to ask them multiple times to get them scheduled so we could advance in the process. Not once did they reach out to see if the process was going ok or to check up. Felt like pulling teeth to get something accomplished in a timely manner
