I had a really bad experience here today. I went to this store just now and when I was going to pay I wanted to return some items, I have been cashier before and I know it's not an issue, the cashier was very rude to me, and when I spoke to the manager she ignored me, like really? The money is not even yours and that's part of your job.

Manager at the store busy chatting with casher. I asked if they had any empty boxes. She said no. There was a full crate full of empty. Very disrespectful

They change their seasonal isles quite frequently and have a clean stocked store for the most part.The many employees at this DG are friendly and are always working stocking shelves. Prices are usually fair and have a lot of items on clearance. Parking is sometimes difficult with such a busy area.

Bought a 2 pack of LED bulbs for $10.00 got home to find only 1 bulb in the box. I took out back to be told i have to bring it back tomorrow.Does NO ONE have customer service anymore??Granite, it was 10 o' clock, but i was not asking to come in. I only wanted (and NEEDED) THE BULBS TONIGHT!So when purchasing anything from dollar general, i would check your purchase before leaving to make sure you are getting exactly what you paid for.?????????What an inconvenience!

Went into the Dollar General by my house today and usually it’s pretty dirty but it’s Dollar General. Today however Roxy the cashier was sneezing and coughing all over everything not washing her hands and of course not wearing a mask. You can look at her face and see that she’s absolutely sick her color was off and you can tell she probably has a fever. she could barely walk and was sitting in a wheelchair until she has a customer. I get it she cant afford to stay home and while I’m all for people choosing to wear masks -this is a place of business and if you’re sick and can’t stay home at least cover your face or use a tissue! Wash your hands! Where is the management? ?

This place is a full on fire hazard and a hazard in itself. Boxes are stacked in almost every isle for months. One person can barley squeeze through at a time. I can't even let my grandmother who has been a resident of saginaw for 50 years shop there any more because it is dangerous. I understand there is a shortage in Staff but this is beyond ridiculous. Do better. Be better.

Been here 3 different times. Filthy , and cluttered!! Can't even walk down half the aisles due to all the stock on the floor. This place is a fire hazard!!

They did a recent remodel and I was super hopeful that it would make the store safer to get through. It is somehow even WORSE now. If there is ever an emergency in this building, you're dead because you can't even get down isles. If you have elderly family members who need to shop there I hope they have insurance because this place is so unsafe. I didn't even get a good image of the other 4 isle that were completely blocked with carts and bins. The manager refuses to help stock and according to an employee there are only 2 full time workers who can stock shelves but they also make them run the register with no help. I've spoken to the Manger just trying to be friendly and she is so rude for no reason.

Outdated milk,flat soft drinks very messy store and rude customers. The cashier's were nice.
