Myself and my daughter got service at the cricket in Saginaw, TX and our phones were set up incorrectly. When we called back to try to fix them Natalie was not only rude to me she was also rude to my daughter. This was months ago. My mother just went to switch her service over and once again Natalie was rude to her again. They did not set my mother’s phone up correctly or tell her that her phone wasn’t compatible when she started the process. I purposely go to another cricket because of how people are treated here and because they are not trained well. I referred people there and they have all had the same issues with the same person and getting their phones set up. Not impressed and will never go to that location again. They only get one star because of the Cricket service not the customer service. They need serious training there.

Instead of replying to reviews go ahead read them all and see what folks complaining about you’re oh sorry won’t do anything.This location is a joke my cousin couldn’t pay because he didn’t have an ID with him first thing I hear this I’ve been to many branches and never heard about that. Never coming back

Very nice girls. If u need a phone this is the place to shop. Also if Amazon drops off ur package their they're honest and return ur items lol

Natalie and Emily are awesome! They provided great customer service to me and my daughter. They were able to answer all of my questions and take of my cell phone service needs. The store was clean and everyone who walked in got treated with the same great service! I will be continue to come to this location!

Be careful when signing they will say one thing and do another and want correct it. I brought my dad a phone automatic payment every month on the 16th they take it out on the 13th causing me overdrafts so unprofessional.

Excellent Manager (Maggie) and employees. Every time I go into the store, they help, go above & beyond, and save me money. The most recent time was concerning my deployed son's phone. Maggie was sympathetic and even saved him money. She made this momma's day. The last time I went in, another employee helped me. I added a line and saved $10 a month on my bill. HOW! This store cares about our budgets, our kids, and our families. Maggie has created a great atmosphere.
