Placed an order on Feb 13 to be delivered on Valentine’s Day, which was not delivered. Requested cancellation of the order on Feb 15. They decided to go ahead and deliver a squashed box with the wrong flowers on Saturday Feb 17.They now refuse to give me a full refund after emailing saying they were working on the cancellation of said arrangement.Do not do business with this company. They have the worst customer service and they’re thieves.

Absolutely the loveliest flower shop in town! My husband got me the most beautiful bouquet of roses and lilies! Definitely will only get my flowers from here! The sales associate was so wonderful! A big applause to the people behind the scene putting these beautiful arrangements together!

Oh my gosh! Delaine made my mom's birthday flowers... let her pick... don't get stuck with just the pre designed flowers... better flowers and bigger arrangements. Will be shopping with them for all my flowers!

I am so disappointed. The flowers that were received are so totally NOT what was ordered. This was for a funeral and the title of the flowers that were ordered was Cherished Farewell Arrangement. I don't feel like my loved one was very cherished nor was I.

Very dissatisfied with this company. Ordered flowers be delivered several days in advance. The flowers (while pretty) were delivered on the wrong day, as well as had spelled the recipients name and my name both wrong. High lack of attention to detail. Will not be using again and recommend going elsewhere for ordering for any occasion ahead of time.

This flower shop has got to be the worst flower shop I have ever ordered from. Flowers arrived not fresh, not as pictured. It looked like a 5 year old put it together, something you'd expect from 1800-Flowers not from a local shop. Would not recommend and would not order from them again.

We popped in unannounced for a quick arrangement, employee was very helpful, since we were waiting, they made our order within 15 minutes and even brought it out to my truck.

Great bouquet of flowers for Mother’s s Day. Arrangement was a huge hit with Mom and the colors were perfect. You could tell someone took time and care picking out the flowers. Thank you so much and will 100% be coming back in the future.

I have never been so disappointed as I was with the floral arrangement that was delivered. I spent $101.00 for something that I could have bought at The grocery store for $40.00. I will never shop nor will I recommend Awesome Blossom in Saginaw, Texas to anyone.
