It took almost 20 minutes to put $50 in gas at six this morning. Do not stop here if you are on your way to work and you know there’s going to be traffic because the gas pumps do not pump fast at all. i’ve also noticed that some of the staff is very rude and not very welcoming.

Bad business running because they messed up the card reader so you will be withdrawn from their ATM and fee charge $4
What a business!!. I would like to add one more incident that happened recently with same store when store employee accused some young guy that he stole some stuff from the store and ask him to empty his pocket without even go back to the security cameras , this is so unprofessional and it was really rude behavior from the employee

Im embarrassed to have this store in Sachse. It’s the first things you see coming off PGBT and it’s become an eyesore. It’s always dirty both inside and out and all the landscaping is either dead or about to die.The city and 7-11 corporate need to hold this owner accountable especially since he wants to open yet another store in the city.

Every time I go to this store I get so disappointed, this place smells like SEWERS do they use any cleaning chemicals? I saw this lady and that guy using the MOP I’m assuming they just move the dirt around??? can you imagine how they clean those COFFEE MACHINES?! ??I’m not taking any chances, not going to this place again.Hire a cleaning service company or get them fired.

The women working tonight had the biggest heart.. I'm a single mom went in to get some pizzas with my ebt for me n my kiddos n I went to put them in the car n ran back into go get the pizzas as she gave the kids dessert for free 3 donuts for free just because she wanted to bless them I didn't ask or seem in need she just did it out the goodness of her heart .. lord bless these owners n these workers for just being kind .. thank you ma'am.** stole this picture from another post**

I've been visiting this place for years because I live nearby. Despite being a busy spot, the owners still haven't fixed their leaking toilets. For years, there's been a constant smell of human waste, which is really unpleasant. To make matters worse, the staff here are quite rude.
