Decided to try the laundry pick-up/ drop-off service, as our dryer needs repairs, and I was blown away with the service! They picked up in the morning and had the clothes and sheets delivered by evening, everything freshly washed and folded nicely. I provided additional instructions (what needs bleach etc.) and they followed accordingly. They communicated with me throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend them and will be using them again as needed!

Do not come here. The owner sucks, the machines are overpriced, the vending machine which normally has detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets is never stocked, and the dryers will leave your clothes damp. The other night, me along with 3 other customers were waiting on one more cycle of the dryer to dry our clothes when the owner storms in at 10:00 ON THE DOT and kicks everyone out telling everyone to take their damp clothes somewhere else. When asked where else he simply said not his problem and refused to let anyone finish one more cycle in the dryer. The dude was a complete asshole and piece of shit who clearly doesn't care about his customers. I will never be spending my money here again. Would leave a 0 if I could.

Clean but those machines will take your coins & they will not give your coins back. This company gets over to pocket people money

Washer machine has been out so decided to try this place out on a Sunday morning. It wasn’t busy when I got there but started getting busy around 10. Everyone is pleasant, respectful and cordial. They have machines with credit card options and a change machine.

5 star wash and dry is awesome! My clothes are washed and ironed with care! Having help with laundry is so helpful for me. I just can not say enough and very affordable!!

I like this place…it’s super clean. I noticed though that if you use the card readers, it takes random amounts out. I should have spent $10 but it charged me $15. I went back and looked at previous times and I was charged each time at least $5 more than what I spent. Great place to go but bring your coins!

Great laundromat. The people were very friendly here. They have large washers and dryers for large blankets. They also have a vending machine that has soap in case you forget the laundry detergent like I did lol

My wife and I are both teachers. There are times in the year in which we are super busy. So, I "purchased" a pickup/drop off service from 5 Star to try to get her caught back up on the kids and her laundry. Let's put it this way... I was impressed... she was shocked. The owner is extremely nice and professional. Everything was completed far above expectations. We will be back.

I have a laundry at home but recently needed to use a Laundromat as my washer was broken. This place is incredible. It's clean and bright. They are constantly cleaning the machines, the floors, everything. Every employee was friendly and helpful. Even when it's busy I could find a washer available. The other customers were also nice, opening the door for me, etc. I visited about four or five times over a three week period and no matter the time of day it was nice and clean.
