Very disappointing service on this Pharmacy. If you can avoid this, please transfer your prescriptions for HEB or any other CVS. The people on this pharmacy should be working with chickens or horses, it's amazing that they have the license to work with people. In special the worker on shift today 06/19/2024.

TERRIBLE pharmacy. It takes them 5 days or more to fill prescriptions, I’ll call to ask what the delay is and they will just lie and say it will be ready that day. It never is. Because of the delay in filling prescriptions I have to go without my medication. I would pay any price to have adequate service. Will move everything over to a new place.

*PHARMACY IS TERRIBLE *
Went in about 11:30am to fill out an order for my daughter as she had surgery this morning, one of the pharmacist calls and tells me my insurance doesn’t cover and I could pay out of pocket. I go up there and they give me my prescription as requested, asked if I could use a secondary they said no. Which is fine, could I pay for it whatever the cost you told me over the phone. Overall she said no because it’ll take 2 hrs to fill pain meds. Keep In mind it’s not 1:30 when they go to lunch. That it’ll be better if I went somewhere else. Went to the CVS down the street on Gattis and they told me it’ll be done in 20 min. Word on the street is this is a common ongoing issue with them.

Horrible service! I went to request my prescription and they asked me to come back after 3 hours to get the medication. I have never had to wait so long to get the medication.

Weird experience with a Victoza RX here. I was to get a 2pk the first time around, Stephanie understood that I was owed a pen but the next day the mgr calls to say the reason I was given only one pen is because I only paid for one. Mind you the bag I received the first pen in has the exact same price I paid for 2. It's the principle of their error and them not fixing it that bothers me the most, not the cost. Anyway, needless to say this will be the last rx I get filled at this location. I'll get my doctor to move it to any other Walgreens but this one. Update 3/8: spoke with the Pharmacy mgr who took back what she said in that it was not that I paid half but they only had one pen initially because they didn't have enough in stock due to backlog and being out of stock. She mentioned that it would be the same price whether it was 1 pen or 2 and that seems totally illogical. They should have waited to fulfill the prescription until they both were available and it would have saved us all the trouble. Again it is not the money but the principle of this issue. I've sent in a complaint into corporate and I do hope they see all the negative comments regarding the pharmacy experience at this location. I will see about moving future fills to a different location.

Worst service at the pharmacy I tried to pick up a prescription for my wife and they told me to come back at 4 because they are busy. I came back at 4 and now they said 5:30. I told them that’s what the last person told me and I have to drive from Georgetown to get this prescription since they apparently are the only ones nearby with the medication. I’ll have to make another trip to see if it’s ready. Tried calling to but no one answers here either. If I didn’t have to come here I wouldn’t

Don't walk...runnnn!!! from this location. There's a rude guy called Rayan working the drive-thru. He needs better training on how to treat people. We will switch to CVS.

Update: My friend who had the same disposable and sent them in to another Walgreens location's photo department was also destroyed. This outside vendor you guys use to develop the cameras all destroy your customers photo roll in transit. I wasted money and many Christmas photos that I won't ever get back.

this is the worst place to get medicine. They call and say a prescription is done and you go to pick up and it's not ready. today I waited in line for 35 minutes. there was only two cars in front of me. they lost my business. I will not be back.

I don't like leaving low-star reviews unless things are really atrocious. This one is almost there. It's actually a two and a half star review, but I honestly can't bring myself to round it up to three. It's not that this is a terrible Walgreens. I'm truly glad it was there because my girlfriend needed something over the counter in a hurry late one night and they were still open. But when you drive up 15 minutes before closing and the exterior and entrance lighting makes you think it's already closed, that's kind of off-putting. Seriously, I almost didn't go in because there are already signs half blocking the door. But yet they were in fact open. Also when you walk in trying to make a quick purchase knowing the store employees want to get out of there on time, and they are unhelpful in locating an item quickly, that's off-putting. I think one of the problems is that they're trying to run this store with too few staff In a busy area of town on two major arterials. Add to that that that it's kind of hard to access the business coming northbound on Grand Avenue, and you get the picture I'd rather be anywhere else. And to think I passed up a more convenient CVS for this. C'mon Walgreens! Whatever happened to your Good To Great legendary image? Not recommended.

Daniel and Adrianne was so amazing, they took the time to help me and went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. I have never seen such dedication to satisfy a customer. If I could give 10 stars I would thank you guys.
