My pick up was PHENOMENAL!!! I had Jessica S… She is so nice, helpful, understanding, and patient!!! She was very kind to me… I was trying to utilize the app and Jessica S took it upon herself to help me through the process. I don’t fully understand how couponing works at Walgreens just yet so it can be a bit frustrating but JESSICA S is there to help as much as she possibly can. She makes me want to shop at her store. When I walk in everybody is all smiles but Jessica S goes above and beyond to help she’s a true asset to the Walgreens corporation. Due to these AWESOME EXPERIENCES I’ll continue to shop this location.
Give Jessica S a raise! She’s one of a kind.

One of the management team here are extremely rude! I came in to drop off a FedEx package, and a big fat, bald headed guy sees me, sighs because he hast to get up from his chair, comes to the counter doesn’t even look at me, scans my package, throws me some device and tells me “email or phone number “then walks away, I hear him drop my package on the floor, which has laptops in it and fragile stickers all over the box! and never once says good morning or have a nice day or even acknowledges my existence! I come in here quite frequently and spend quite a bit of money in here, the least you could do is show me a little respect, I’m sorry you hate your job or your job is too hard because you’re so obese, but don’t take it out on your customers!

When you have a Walmart, Target, and HEB right next to you your service really shouldn't be this bad especially since you sell everything they do at a minimum +30% price increase.

Parnell was very rude to a associate at the walgreens in Round Rock TX store 09216 and Rachel was extremely helpful to me very grateful to have had her as my cashier very friendly as well took care of my return greeted and smiled at me asking me if there is anything else i needed as well as James & Abby the manager i think James was too and Parnell was rude to Rachel the associate please make sure Rachel,Abby & James get a $100 gift card for all their help.

This is the best walgreens store I’ve been to & has restored my support of this business. Specifically their pharmacy is amazing! They have always been super fast and polite to me.

After searching far and wide, finally able to secure appointment for MODERNA Omicron booster. Whole process took about 30 minutes in store, they are doing the best they can with being short staffed and it being vaccine season. I’m grateful to get this vaccine for the upcoming winter. Only took 2 stars off since they couldn’t provide me with the flu vaccine.

Horrible customer service. Employee flirting with the customers making them feel very uncomfortable. Long lines. Tried addressing it to management but nothing was done. This store has gone downhill.

Don't even waste your time at this location. The cashier that was working today at 5pm seemed a bit overwhelmed. She had 6 people in her liine and was having issues. She called for help three times and no member of management showed up. Finally after what seemed like forever a woman in a grey polo shirt showed up. But just stood there like she had an attitude problem as the cashier explained her issue. The woman in the grey shift rolled her eyes at the cashier so much everyone in line could see. I thought to myself "Yep this place has gone to hell." I just left my stuff where with the magazines and left. I will not be returning. Recommendation... GET RID OF LAZY MANAGEMENT! TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS! HAVE AN EXTRA REGISTER READY TO GO DURING THE BUSY TIME! Like at 5 o'clock!!!

I have to use my Otc card from insurance in here. ALWAYS things are marked Otc then I get to checkout and it’s not actually covered so I guess most people are rich enough to go ahead and pay cash. I’m not. They know it’s been issue for couple years and don’t fix it. I have approached manager about this issue so many times. Like intentional false advertising. I can now go to Walmart for Otc products and pay 2.00$ for a product there on Otc that Walgreens charges 8$ for same product. (Alkeseltzer). I only kept getting rx filled here because I had to use Otc card here. Now that I have options I am getting my rx switched. Their prices make NO sense and now all incoming rx calls unless you ask for store go thru outside source and rx is outsourced as well. Means no longer the person I look in the eyeball when I pick up is even filling my prescription.

Pharmacy is Sooooooooooo Slow. There are a couple people in the pharmacy that are ok. But, most are just rude, clueless and argumentative. The adult woman at the front register is the only bright spot.

Yesterday early evening I came by to talk with the Pharmacy Manager at the corner of Hester Crossing. I had a couple of general questions to ask the Pharmacy Manager and she totally took it to the next level. She was cold and snapped at me and became very, very defensive. She said " I could get FIRED for RX. I wanted to see if I could call RX and show her my i.d. I was just very caught off guard and felt like this woman, clearly over reacted and forgot to take her Happy Pill. I will never return to this pharmacy, because I feel that the Pharmacy Manager lost control of her emotions and went into over drive. All I can say is that, it felt uncomfortable when a consumer asks a question and the other person behind the counter can not handle or even like her job. Maybe she should be Fired.
