The Caucasian lady is giving out broken equipment that she knows is broken. I fell 08-15-24 infront of the store. I've made numerous calls to report the lady about her unsafe behavior alone with the management at this location that hasn't reached out due to this matter of me falling in front UPS with their equipment!!! It shows no accountability for management or employees. It also speaks no care or concerns for the public's SAFETY. Competitive argumentative time consuming it's what I experienced at this store!!!!!!!!!!!

I wanted to ship a small package and asked for the cheapest shipping. The lady at the desk quoted $25 and some change, and said it would take up to two weeks to get there. I asked her to confirm the price because I was shocked, it was a small package after all (maybe 5"x8") and was light (had a bday card/Hobby Lobby gift card with two pairs of earrings in there - maybe 2 pounds). She confirmed it, so I declined and took it to the Post Office. Mailed the same package with $100 insurance for $5.80 with an arrival date of three days. That's ridiculous.

Definitely looking to scam people on Amazon returns. Click the option to return via Amazon, to just bring in the manufacturer packaging, and the UPS store will pack, label and ship your return for free. The catch is, even when you try to do that here, they told me that I needed to pay to pack it. The first time I did, and then realized that per Amazon, I didn't need to do that. The second time I tried to return here, they tried it again, and I refused. Took it to another UPS store, in the manufacturer delivered box, and had zero issues. The employee at the second location actually knew what they were doing. If it happened once, I'd call it a mistake, but the fact that it happened twice told me they either don't know what they are doing, or they are deliberately trying to increase their profits by charging for service that they know are not required. The third option is that they don't train employee's, but since it happened twice, with different employee's, I tend to think this is exactly how they train people, with the exact outcome they are looking for. More profit for them if you pay the packing fee, and if you don't, then less work and hassle for them. If you want to steal from your customers, that's your choice. Fooled me once, won't happen again, hope it doesn't happen to you. Picture is pretty clear...

Why would I contact you or continue to go back? What a ridiculous response! Although thanks for taking the time, when you stop charging your customers when you aren't supposed to, when you train your employee's, and when you aren't acting in an unethical and dishonest manner, let us know! Hope to be here when you shut the doors! Until then, hope enough other people take their shipping to other UPS Store locations, where owners and employees don't have your issues.
For what it's worth you had TWO chances. The first time I didn't know better and you did charge me, and the second time you tried it again, and I did know better. But come back again? You really must be kidding!

Poor customer service. Send multiple shipments every week and the staff was incredibly rude for no reason other than for power trip. Do not use this location.

I really used to hate coming to this location, a few years ago, the customer service was horrible! I stopped coming here because I moved further away and there’s a store closer to my home, but recently got a job in the round rock area and I ship a lot of packages so I now have to use the store on average 3 to 5 times per week… And I will say, they have done an amazing job staffing this place with quality employees! I know sometimes in the morning, it’s hard to put a smile on your face, especially when I walk in at 9 AM with a stack of packages lol but the employees working here are always quick to serve me! Keep up the good work!

I literally am here at least once a week returning things bc of my line of work. They are incredibly helpful, understanding, and efficient! I always appreciate their hardwork! It does get a little busy around 4-5pm on weekdays so just remember that!

Would give it 0 stars if I could. Lady looked at my electronic label and said she wouldn’t scan it and that I needed to use the computer to print it out….doing the same process I’ve done numerous times before.

UPS in general is the worst delivery company I’ve had experience with.In the last two years I have never had a package delivered on time.In some cases the driver made blatant false claims on his report as to why the package couldn’t be delivered, such as no access to the house/in a gated community without (I don’t live in a gated community)One time the driver claimed he made the delivery and I went to the store to see what had happened and the package was in the back room…The lady at the counter says drivers do that sometimes so they don’t get in trouble…Get you stuff together UPS!

The lady that has her teenage son in the office with her stole my daughter item as 1 of 2 was never received. Had to reopen after I left. Do not trust them!
