The address and pinned location on Google Maps are completely different. Just a heads up. The actual location is about 10 minutes southeast from the location showed when you search Sunrise Automotive.

My husband and I were involved in a terrible accident with my classic truck. Barbara at Sunrise was called out to load the truck onto the wrecker. Not only was she professional and very knowledgeable, but she was cautious, meticulous, and empathetic to our situation and the trauma we had already endured. I don't think anyone could have been more gentle with me and with my truck than Barbara was. Her outstanding service did not end when she drove off with the truck either. She covered the vehicle in the yard, ensured it was safe, and even taught the driver of the insurance company wrecker how to load the truck safely without causing additional damage. I would recommend Sunrise, and particularly Barbara, to anyone should they find themselves in the unfortunate situation of needing wrecker service.

Service was unprofessional on the phone and at the site. Not sure if the lady was having a bad day or not, but she was rude.

Towed my car and lose my key. And they denied having to lose my car key

I had my car towed yesterday by Sunrise. I had about 10 dollars in change in my ashtray. I was at the body shop when my car was dropped off, went to remove items from my vehicle, and the change was gone. I had to call today 3 times, as Sunrise would not return my calls. The woman on the phone first told me they didn't tow my car, I guess after she knew she was lying,then she proceeded to tell me to talk to the driver. Instead of taking ownership of a 10 dollar theft, she proceeded to deny this. Nobody had my car from the time it was towed to the time it was dropped off at the body shop. They are liars and thieves. What a shady operation, are the employees that underpaid that they have to steal 10 dollars in change? If you ever need your vehicle towed, make sure you avoid Sunrise at all costs. Doesn't sound like you can trust their body shop either. I had to give a 1 star rating to post this review, but they don't even 1/2 a star.
