The staff were nice and helpful, but I still had to schedule an appointment to have a tech come to my house to get my internet to work, even after I picked up and installed a new router and modem.

Impressed by the service received and liked the cleanliness of the store. The woman that helped me was very knowledgeable and provided great assistance. Not disappointed.
