I never will not go this place or recommend you to purchase this store.Employees doesn't have interesting about customer's purchasing. They never greeting my family nor have any gesture for helping their customers.Store surely has problem about customer service.

I highly recommend SAS Shoes! I have plantar fasciitis and need an orthotic shoe that could help me walk with less pain and hobbling. I chose a stylish slightly padded leather sandle which had to be ordered to fit my high arch and wide width. It arrived on the 5th business day as promised. They are the only shoes I own that allow me to walk with little to no pain. Now that I am properly sized I plan to order another pair or two on their website.

My wife and I went to see if SAS were able to restore my wife's work shoes which were purchased there. We were met by the employee who either had a really bad day or should work in a job without customer contact.As I was trying to explain what the issue was with the shoes she kept interrupting and just asked if we wanted to buy a new pair. I attempted again to explain our concerns but was again interrupted. After I was interrupted the 3rd time I let her know that I was very unhappy with her service. This upset her and she became very defensive. She stated that she thought I was translating to my Spanish speaking wife and therefore it was ok she interrupted.At that time I asked for a manager but she stated that she was the manager.While I again expressed my dissatisfaction with the service she replied "Oh my god".At this time we left the store.We have previously shopped here and have had great experiences.The lady "attending" us was (presumably) from either India or Pakistan. I'm adding this not as an issue with race but as an identifier to ensure the correct person get this negative review.

We have visited the store at the Round Rock outlet mall a couple of times in the past and had great customer service. However, our service this time was abyssal. We went into the store on Saturday looking for shoes for both my mother and husband. No one ever offered to measure my mother's feet despite the store not being busy. Two employees simply stood at the register talking to each other. Once I finally determined what size of shoe my mother needed, the store did not have the color she wanted. My husband had already approached an employee about ordering the shoes he wanted as they did not have his size. I asked them to order the shoes for my mother as well. That went fairly well. I received a call when the shoes arrived. We went to pick up their shoes tonight. The employee who helped us this afternoon couldn't find the shoes at first and told us we need to come back, implying the store had not called. I confirmed the store had called and the employee reluctantly looked again and found the shoes. She seemed put out that my husband and mother wanted to try the shoes on before they left. Meanwhile, some other customers who had traveled a great distance came in the store needing some special assistance and the employee encouraged them to go to another store as she really didn't want to be bothered. We will be taking our business to another store from now on where perhaps the employees understand that customers are necessary for them to remain employed.
