Best fajitas in town and in central texas if I must say so myself!! The staff greats you right away making you feel at home and are more than happy to answer any questions regarding their meats.
Every time we go up to Dallas our family begs for us to take some of the Fajita Blanca up there because it’s just that good i’m telling you!!
Look no further.. your carne asada days will never be the same once you try the meat from here! 10/10 recommend!!!

I have to say the pastor and the fajita Fresnillo is by far the best I’ve had. I usually buy it from the other Mexican meat markets but not no more! It’s pricey but definitely worth it. We did a taste test today and meat from this meat market definitely wins hands down!

I must say: this was by far the best skirt steak I've eaten in Austin. The meat is sooooooo tender and deliciously seasoned. I wasn't sure which to try, so I grabbed both Fajita Blanco and Fajita Fresnillo. Placed both on the grill. Made some homemade salsa and boy was it good. This will be my meat market from now on!!!!

My friends recommended these meats to me but the employee who handed me the meat was a little rude. We were the only ones and he was in a hurry to send us away, they should be more friendly, at least the employee who charged me at the checkout was friendly.

We love this place! We just went on our girls trip to NM recently. Loaded up on Sarita's Fresnillo Fajita meat, froze it for the the trip. After it thawed out was so super juicy made on the campfire grill. Perfect for our first night at the cabin! Anything leftover went into breakfast tacos the next morning....so good!
