I was looking for a product for almost 15mins. I asked 1 employee and about 2mins I gave up. I asked another employee (Angel) and he assisted me the in secs the whole way and ended up finding my product for me. Thank you Angel with great praise ??.

Full Saturday 5:00pm and many people shopping and they only have one line for checkout, also using Scan & Go with a single product and also the Scan & Go line was closed which is why it is the point of Just Scan and Exit

I made a trip to Costco prior to coming to this Sam’s location because I could not find the Canyon House gluten free bread I normally get at Costco. I found it at this Sam’s location on Sundance Parkway being sold at full price with an expired date so I took it to the register to check out with my other items. I asked an associate if they would give me a discount due to the expiration date and they would NOT, the manager told the young lady that Sam’s Club could not sale me the bread and they would pull the rest of it off the shelf. I waited for nearly 30 minutes to speak to a manager, only to get the Run-A-Round the Sam’s way. This is why Sam’s cannot complete with Costco because they don’t take care of their employees or their customers the Costco way. I ended up leaving as my colder items were starting to warm up. It’s a good location but that’s about it.

Two greeters wouldn't allow a hispanic young teen boy back in when his family was already in the store because he didn't have a Sam's Club card (he ran out for something and came back) but they Let a middle aged white couple walk right by without asking for theirs, and then proceeded to ask us for ours while another older white couple walked right by. Two greeters for what if they're picking and choosing who to check. Sorry excuse for greeters, do better.
