9/11/23 around 630AM ordered something from the the kitchen and the person in the kitchen made me get my own things from my order. I’ve been going to QT for years ordering the same thing. Probably ordered something from the kitchen about 5060 times throughout the years . That’s never happened. Poor customer service bad attitude.

We love quick trip but this particular quick trip on 620 Round Rock the staff charge 4.00 for a coffee refill same cup I use and all other quick trip stores charge 2.17. This store 3rd time now charge me 4.00 for a coffee refill 20 Oz cup. Staff the lady was rude didn't even Carr ask fir next customer while I was still talking to her.

I can't put negative stars. Otherwise, I would. Very bad attitude from the Manager. I think her name is Andrea W. That's what the name tag said. I asked her for help, and she responded with a very bad attitude. I think she shouldn't work there if she doesn't like dealing with customer service. I was going to pay her. I wasn't asking for anything for free. I was just asking for help because the decaf machine wasn't working or I thought I was doing something wrong that's why I call her. I told her to assist me and responded me very mean. The machine is working I told her no is not. I tried again and still the machine wasn't. So I told her again can you help me. The machine is not working and she responded to me. Then you can get frome somewhere else. I told her there is no decaf coffe anywhere. Then I left the store. I have been loyal to qt wherever I go, and believe me, I will never return to this one, and it is also one of the dirtiest I have ever been to.

Good staff bad area,theirs a guy that sleeps in his SUV with a window cover in the parking lot.and he stands in a bathroom stall for 3+ hours...how do I know? because I waited that long for him to leave the restroom and after hours I go back in and he's still just standing so that's a big no and weird shouldn't have to wonder why someone is just standing in a stall for so long not using it when you need to.i told staff he laughed and said all the time wow!not long before someones found dead in that mens bathroom!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So upset, came here today to get gas, when I went to take the gas nozzle out of my car the handle would not stick when I released it and gas went splattering and spewing everywhere all over me all over my clothes everywhere even splattered on my face and in my hair and in my mouth, not to mention that I paid for gas that I didn't even get in my car, I ran inside and washed the gas off the best I could off of my skin and I told the attendant and went home and hurried up and took a shower and tried washing my clothes but now my clothes and shoes are ruined because I can't get the gas out, this is ridiculous you need to make sure that your pumps are in working order, the smell has made me horrifically nauseated and dizzy!
