This store is awesome, Kevin is awesome and super helpful, very knowledgeable and has fantastic customer service skills! This is the only auto parts store I will go to in the area, much better than the Autozone right down the street which didn’t help me at all when I came across an issue with my car. Shout out to Kevin and I would recommend this store to anyone that needs parts or anything for their car!

I stopped by O'Reilly's on Saturday afternoon after having a terrible and humiliating experience at the Autozone across the street. I was literally in tears as I walked in to purchase the correct bulb for my front headlight. The O'Reilly's employee was extremely empathetic and asked if I was ok, but I couldn't get any words out. I purchased the bulb and the employee walked with me to my car and switched out the bulb for me without asking. When I was finally able to muster out a few sentences and explain what happened at the previous vendor, the gentleman reassured me that he could help place the bulb in and he apologized that I had gone through an experience as such. I thanked the employee again for his help and his words. I wish I could have gotten his name, but I was really upset about the prior exchange at Autozone. Thank you for helping me and for treating me in a respectful manner. I appreciate the kindness that was extended to me.

yesterday i received some really great service here, great enough for me to sign in to google and leave a review. my Check Engine light came on shortly after leaving home yesterday and i went here cause its close to my parents place. Timothy(i believe his name was) came to pull the code. he asked how long have i had an exhaust leak and i didn’t think i did but as soon as i said idk the code came through for misfire cylinder 3. we go inside and he gives me prices which were not bad at all and i finally spent the $50 on the ignition coil and spark plug. this was a longer haired gent who helped me at checkout but he pulled the parts out to make sure the plug was gapped and whatnot.as i get to my parents to replace the plug and coil, the tools i had were too long get the plug and back out the socket. limped the Jeep back over to O’Reillys and Zain really looked out for me. he let me swap my ID for a rental tool which was a spark plug socket attached to a u-joint that offsets the air filter cabin straight up. literally was a couple minute thanks to that tool. he also helped me with a rubber sleeve that i accidentally broke and bandaged in the meantime. great guys over here, will go back again
