WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I went in because I had to jump my battery after they just replaced the alternator at a different location…. So first they said 1-2 hours wait, which I get it’s Saturday so that’s fine. But then they come back telling me they can’t even test the battery due to the location of it and they won’t be able to replace it… I ask them how did the other NTB did it, he was like I dunno… so then I showed them where the battery was at, they couldn’t even LOCATE the battery!!!! So then they tell me they can’t even look at it because their master technician just left, but then I asked them about the gentleman who looked at my car originally and the manager tells me HE’S A SALESMAN??? So after I question why a salesman was looking at my car and the manager got flustered and refused to help me because I was asking questions( I raised my voice a little but no where near yelling) and she told me not to yell at her and with my attitude I needed to leave… keep in mind I spent $1100 a little over a month ago with a different NTB and felt like maybe I should go to a different one for a different opinion, since I just had them replace the alternator at a different location, and now she’s saying she thinks it’s an electrical issue… how do you know if you haven’t even looked at it??!? (never going to a place that has their salesman look at the car first… sounds likes they just wanna take your hard earned money) The manager was very rude and she didn’t want to help. The gentleman after giving me my car even told me the Master Technician is quitting, I wonder why… I wouldn’t want to work for her. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

I am very happy and grateful for the excellent attention I received today from all the staff, especially from María, the store manager, and Carlos, the mechanic who took care of my car by repairing and changing the calipers and rear brakes. I highly recommend them as they provide trust, respect and quality in the service provided.
