Let’s just say, I went for my touch up on my eyeliner somewhere else. Mae did my eyeliner and it was extremely painful and she was very unfriendly. She also did not do what I had asked and paid for. I waited until getting my touch up from another place to write this review. I went to a place in Killeen- the lady numbed my area with such great care I hardly felt anything at all and she was very friendly and kept checking to make sure I was still numb and ok. I also got the results I wanted and paid for. I would not recommend this place at all. Much better places out there!

Jessica is u professional and does not communication well. She missed appointment- no call/no show. When I called her, she stated she forgot. When i finally had appointment, Jessica admitted she botched my eyebrows and would correct them and never did. Instead, she avoided my calls and messages. Before you choose her do know that her work is sub par and looks painted which is not what most women desire. You get exactly what you pay for and it is definitely a low budget look.

Mae is fabulous. My wife loves here. She did a great job on her brows. She wanted natural and filled in for the sparse areas and Mae did exactly what she asked. I don't have to worry about scary Barbie because she came back looking like herself but more to her liking.

Mae was super sweet and helpful in answering all of my questions since it was my first time ever getting a facial tattoo, it could be nerve racking! Excellent service! I wouldn't go with anyone else. She is so professional and make sure she does a great job. You can tell she's very good at what she does! I'll never trust anyone with my eyebrows again but her!

I always go here. Got my brows done by Mae, she does an amazing job is very patient and takes her time so they are done right. I feel very comfortable with her. Everyone had been amazing at Love my brows I highly recommend if you want amazing brows.

Just went back in for my touch up on my nano brows. Had the exact same experience. Amazing!!!Great service and very friendly staff. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Mychelle! You're the best.

I got my eyebrows done 2 years ago with Mychelle. She did amazing but it was up until recently that I thought I would need to make a review. If you follow her on her instagram page you can see that she is very passive aggressive. Would definitely not recommend. Customer service is not there at all. And they don’t offer a reschedule link. Let me just say that I’ve been searching for several years for someone to do my ombré powder brows. I was ready to go back to California or maybe hOuston to get them done because options were more abundant. When I searched online, everyone that said they did “ombré brows” were not truly ombré brows—there was no gradient of light to dark effect. I was also really hoping to find someone who was Asian or has experience working with Asian clients. I was ECSTATIC when I found Mychelle and looked at her portfolio of previous work.The booking process was a breeze and Mychelle was wonderful to work with. She is very honestand price is reasonable for her experience. Is it cheap? No. But do you really want to pay “cheap” for your brows, which can make or ruin your face?! She was very patient with me getting my draft brows to my liking. I also trust her suggestions. I will post pics after it heals, as I’m currently three days post procedure. I highly recommend!!

I saw Mae in 2021 for my initial appt and touch up for Ombre micro shading. I was hesitant but I'll admit, it helped to see the results on a friend and to hear her good reviews which all put me at ease. I came to Mae wanting microblading (bc that's all I've ever heard about) and she gave me the pros/cons for microblading and I ultimately went with micro shading because that's what's best for me. I'm very happy with my results and plan to schedule an annual touch up soon.Services: Permanent makeup touch-ups

From getting my eyebrows slayed by Mae to taking the love my brows 3 day course. I’m obsessed with the whole experience. Mychelle knows her stuff and shares it all. Mychelle and Mae continue to guide us through it all and provide the ultimate experience. From the basics of microblading to the hands on model day. I am so thankful and happy that I chose to learn my new craft with them. They’ve provided me with so much knowledge and confidence to pursue this dream. I highly recommend anyone looking to get their permanent make up done or interested in learning how to become and pmu artist.

The owner is not professional at all. She doesn't care about the customer. Does not offer a solution. I had a touch up in May and it's fading there is small spot that looks like a bald spot on my eyebrow. In less than 6 months. I get it it's semi permanent. But it's not cheap getting them done. So maybe they use cheap ink. It should not be fading I have a "bald" spot on my eyebrow. So much for waking up and not having to worry about my eyebrows. Would not recommend this place. Owner again is not helpful at all.
