I tried to return some crocs that my husband purchased. I had my receipt however, since I did not have the card the item was purchased with I was offered a gift card. The store carries cash and would not give me cash back on my purchase. Really disappointed! Shout out to the manager who offered no assistance.

Worst Customer Service. Got 2 pairs of crocs for my little boy. We were in 10 mins grabbed a size 7 and size 8. As soon as we stepped out, like just outside the door I noticed that both shoes were size 7. I told one of workers who was watching the line outside that I just bought these crocs. I showed her the tag that says size 8 but the shoes is size 7. She told me I have to get back in the line in order to make the changes. I then asked for the manager, and he told us the same thing. First of all, there was no acknowledgment from the store that it was their mistake for mislabeling, then secondly they would not accommodate us to fix the issue. Instead, they throw us in the back of the line under the Texas heat with my 2 yr old. I asked the manager to be considerate of our situation since the mistake was made on their end too. But no, he said all other families with kids will have to wait at the back of the line. He told us to call the fire Marshall because they don’t make these rules. It’s so sad that these people have no consideration.

Such a worst Customer service. They are like we have too many customers and not bothered about any customer. Like few others had pointed need to wait in a line to get inside.
Remember without Customers, you are nothing. My wife and kids went IN and i waited 30 mins outside to go select one for my daughter. Finally we walked out.

Store has a “capacity limit” of 25 so you have to stand outside and wait for entrance. Workers said it’s code for the store although no other store in the outlet operates that way. My guess is to control theft (whatever). Well my family of 5 had to split entry and I ran in to pick up the one pair of shoes I needed. I was trying to move as fast as possible as my kids and spouse were waiting outside in Texas heat, only to stand and the no line register and not be acknowledged by the 3 sales associates. I stood there about 3 mins listening to them talk about shifts only to have to interrupt them for assistance to checkout.

Found the pair I wanted. They had buy 2 get 2 free on the clearance items, but their "Clearance" prices were only a few cents off the regular price. The "sale" prices were lower than the clearance. I thought that was misleading at best.

I have been twice looking for a specific model and they do not look for the number, they only say that if you have one you cannot change them later and they do not make the purchase online and they can send it to your house, terrible service and attention, I will not go again to that store, they can put friendly and attentive people to serve because one goes to buy and expects good service

Lily the manager refused to do an exchange. My crocs came damaged and crocs states exchanges can be done in store. While I was explaining the exchange she was just standing there picking her nose looking at her coworker while expecting the worker to do something. I ordered for Christmas and went to the store to exchange to make sure I have them in time. She wanted to charge me for the crocs. They literally only had 3 pairs of that style and different colors and she had to get them from the back.This is the second time I can’t find styles in that store. It’s ridiculous that they couldn’t accept an exchange for the exact style and size when they obviously came damaged. Customer service/satisfaction is clearly not a priority here.

Went on christmas eve which i get is stressful i worked in retail so i understand. We had showed up about 15 minutes before closing( again i get it's stressful). but while in the store almost every minute the lady at the register was saying what time it was in such a rude tone while saying “everyone needs to get up and get out” my 66 year old mom was trying on shoes my dad went to go check out and my mom was made to walk out of the store without her shoes on. This was a terrible experience and something needs to be done about the terrible staff.I went back inside to tell them that their behavior was unacceptable but didn’t feel as if they cared.
