Nice people, inefficient/inept at doing anything. Went in for a wire transfer (larger than I’m allowed to do online). Spent 30+ minutes at someone’s desk for her to tell me the funds are still pending and I’d have to come back next day. Funds were showing available on my end. Went home and was easily able to wire up to my permitted amount. Please be more efficient and helpful to clients. When I show up to a branch I want solutions/help not a runaround and waste of time

This branch is my go-to. It's safe, tidy, and inviting. The staff Mr.Jonathan is very professional, helpful, and patiently guide me through using the bank app. The rest of the staff members are equally enthusiastic and reliable.

Truly annoyed. Ive banked with Chase for 30+ years. Always at a different location, however i had some fraud committed at this location. Its been over 2 weeks, multiple calls a day from myself and the Round Rock police department... the branch manager CANNOT BE REACHED AND DOESNT RETURN PHONE CALLS.So I finally reached out to another branch and branch manager who gave me info and a phone number for the police detective to call... in a matter of less than 10 minutes. Explain to me how someone cant communicate that over the course of 2 weeks.... but someone else could within less than 10 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous

There is no tellers and only an atm inside I was told could disperse up to 3000$ but wouldn’t even give me anything, waste of my time.

I came here to remove restrictions on my account because my account didn’t have certificate of beneficial ownership. Even they have some appointment cancelled at branch. No has help to get that document completed and asked me go to other branch.I have spent more than one hour without resolving issue. I’m really disappointed by staff.

friendly people but as far as a bank goes this place is a joke. no tellers. no money. no deposits no withdrawls except from an ATM inside. why even have a building here? no wonder the prking lot is empty and the lobby is empty

If I could give it Zero star I would. The worst customer service is not only at this location but Chase overall. Why does this branch even exist when they can’t perform simple tasks for me?? Useless!! The phone number is listed so I called that number and it sends me to an 800 number and it takes me five minutes to get a live person and it’s NOT at the branch. Infuriating at each location! Absolutely NO customer service exists! Bye-bye Chase- we and our business are DONE with you!

This is not a bank, the person that was there told me they have no cash. There are no tellers and I couldn't get change for 50.00. Since when do you walk in a bank and can't get banking services? When did things change? Where did the tellers go? 0 stars to chase and the only woman working there 0 stars to her, she was condescending and rude.

Please do yourself a favor and go to another location or another bank! Donna is incompetent and wanted to argue with us instead of help us. We had fraud on our account and she would not close our account and open a new one. She said we would need to keep our account and run a virus scan on our computers. She basically refused to open a new account because she said we would have consequences if we did and she would notate the account that we have been warned?? We were talked to like children! Maybe she needs to retire because she is not thinking clearly! Fraud can happen to anyone! The issue was caught early enough to stop the payment, and we were told by the fraud department to close the account and open a new one! DONNA did not want to help us with that so we chose to leave and go to a entirety different bank!
