The one star is for the gift card, not the service. The Breeze gift card is a complete sham! You cannot use it to make an online appointment, or purchase anything on the Breeze website. You cannot use it to make a service appointment over the phone, for which they require a 50% deposit, you cannot use it to make any purchase over the phone. The only way you can use the gift card, is if you go in store to make a purchase! None of this is told to you when buying the gift card. Turns out the only thing you can do online is purchase the gift card! That you can do, at the click of a mouse! I purchase $500 worth of the Breeze gift card, and am now being informed that I cannot use it to make an online appointment or any kind of purchase unless I physically go in to the store! Ridiculous!!!

I love how Marisol is gentle on my head and neck. She knows I had surgery and issues prior. She gave me warm towel for my neck while the color set. You have such amazing people working at the Round Rock location that I recommend my daughter, sister and mother to this business. Front desk is wonderful and I can always call the store for anything. Thank you for serving our community ❤️

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a salon. I came in as a new customer because I just moved to Austin and this salon has my brand of extensions (Vomor), which is what I have been getting for the past few years. I just needed an extension move up and partial highlight, and left with my hair looking like this. And these photos were AFTER I asked her to please even the ends out at least… it was even worse right after she was done and she thought it looked “great”. Not only did it look bad, but she was also about to let me walk out with one extension hanging half way off. If I hadn’t said anything it would have fallen out that day. Also, 3 of my extensions were extremely ruffled/kinked at the root, causing damage to the extensions. Now, I am dealing with damage at the top of my extensions and will have to go cut my hair up to the shortest layer to make it even at the bottom… extensions are ruined and will have to pay for more again. I asked for a refund JUST on the haircut and the salon didn’t even honor that - now I’m out $600+ from this appointment, plus the next $1000 I will have to spend on new hair from them ruining it. I am only scratching the surface on the main issues here - I do not recommend.

Spent 5+ hours on 2 separate appointments, 1st appointment was with someone who should have said she didn’t know how to accomplish this when I showed her what I wanted and the 2nd was with the “color specialist” to correct. Not only was it a waste of $300 but a bigger waste of time. The first pic is what I showed both stylists that I wanted. The second pic is what I got. Super unhappy.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting JC for a hair coloring session and Abbie for a haircut, and I couldn't be happier with the results! JC nailed the perfect shade I was looking for, and Abbie's cut complemented it beautifully. Both of them were incredibly kind and informative, making my first visit a breeze. I'll definitely be recommending them to all my friends!

Breeze employees and their friends have been telling me to end my life, mocking my career, calling my "@abusive", a liar, saying that it was MY fault that Abigail ruined my hair and turned it patchy orange, gold, bronze and gave me a chemical burn on my scalp after a three hour appointment. I have her on tape admitting that the hair disaster was "all her fault and that she was brand new" yet the so called manager wanted me to pay $200 for a service that caused physical pain and damaged my hair and did not provide the actual service I asked for- a root touch up. The so called manager was yelling at us and blaming me for my hair turning out horrible, yet I was there for over three hours and my hair is naturally dark blonde so it lifts very easily and quickly. I had orange and gold colors all throughout my hair WAY beyond the roots. I called a new salon on the way home from Breeze and she got me in the next day and bleached and toned TWICE and did a blowout in less than 2 hours and my hair looks incredible now although my scalp is still burning from the chemical burns I suffered at Breeze Salon. I had been coming here for over 12 years and have had numerous poor encounters including one time a SENIOR stylist turned my hair splotchy red when I said I wanted to go back to my natural dark blonde and I went in multiple times and Denise at Georgetown was unable to fix it. I ended up going to the Cedar Park location and getting a $600 plus charge to color correct hair that their OWN employee screwed up. These people are rude- the owner and employees do NOT care as long as they get paid even if they are inflicting severe emotional damage to their clients. I think I will have to sue to get the harassment on social media to stop.

I requested a simple bleach and tone touch up and Abigail Hawn (a newer stylist) turned my hair orange, gold, bronze and splotchy way beyond my roots. In addition, she admitted it was "all her fault", yet the "manager" was rude and was yelling at my Mom and I stating the bad coloring was my fault until I started recording. I have been getting my hair touched up at this length for YEARS and never had a problem. Finally, the manager agreed to let us go without paying for this horrible job that needed multiple color corrections at another salon. In addition to the bad hair, the bowl or bleach was held under my nose and I had an asthma attack. A drop or bleach also got in my left eye and I'm still having issues with burning in that eye. I got chemical burns on my neck which a week later still hurt and are itchy and irritated. I posted my hair experience on social media and was attacked by Breeze Salon employees and their friends including comments to "end my life, that I'm a "liar", that it was my fault because I was "late" when I was on time, that I deserved to be harmed, that I posted this "only for fame"- who asks to be injured and humiliated by their hair for "fame"? among other comments that tiktok flagged as bullying and harassment. My hair was easily corrected at another salon for less money than they wanted me to pay tor this horrible mess and taunting. I wish I could give zero stars. I used this business for over 12 years and after another mistake turning my hair red by a senior stylist, I am done. No one deserves to be bullied like I am being on social media by these people.

I loved my stylist she did such an amazing job. Was not very happy with management. I made a follow up appointment to do some color. I had to call the day of the appointment to notify them I had car issues and could not make the appointment. After I hung up I got charged half the fee of my service. I called them to ask and explain it was a emergency and I still was planning on making a new appointment for the color. They did not care still charged me the fee. Was very disappointed by this would not return to this place

I have been going to Breeze Salon Round Rock for a while now. Although I know it's an upscale salon with experienced stylists and Aveda products. I left the other day feeling somewhat price gouged. Why? $32.00 to slap on some leftover color on my brows and then another $27.00 to shape them. $52.00 for eyebrows clean up seems a bit excessive. Then you get to the haircut $87.00 for what amounted to a trim. The products have almost doubled in price. Shampoo that was once just $100 is now $209. Service is good. Next time I will ask what things cost before a give the nod. Feeling kind of dumb right now for not asking and always getting a receipt. Thank you for listening.

I felt so pampered!! The staff goes above and beyond to provide an amazing customer experience that you can only find at Aveda. Will definitely be coming back to see Shelby, she’s awesome!

Shelby was awesome! I walked in not even expecting to be able to be seen that day, but Shelby was available to do a consultation and cut. I have an alternative hairstyle (shaved sides) and a mix of 2b/2c hair that many stylists have struggled with in the past. Shelby listened to what I wanted, shared some recommendations, and gave me honestly the best haircut/style that I've had in years. I'll 100% be coming back to see Shelby to get touch-ups as my hair continues to grow out. Thanks for everything, Shelby and Breeze Salon!

Amazing service and my stylist really took the time out to understand the look I'm going for.Update: Booked root touch up and tonner with a senior stylist. The senior stylist did the root touch up and then handed me off to an assistant who did the wash, toner and style. I understand that they want to bring up the assistants up to speed to be independent and all but NOT AT MY COST! I paid extra for a senior stylist so I can get a better experience than last but this was completely unacceptable. Something that was not discussed even before she made me sign the consultation form. The senior stylist in the meantime took two more clients. She did come and check the end result which turned out well but again am paying $$$ to be mostly worked by an assistant.
