Went to the Georgetown TX store the other day and purchased an expensive mic. Salesman told me it would attach to my camera. It didn't. Went to the Round Rock Tx store and they were able to come up with a solution. Reason for a 4 star rating is not about the misinformation. It's the fact that all stores don't carry the same inventory. I could easily shop on line but I like the human interaction and I get to physically see the product. That's if they have it in stock.

Went to this store around xmas for Samsung S21 promotion - same day activation discount($300) and phone trade in credit. But the lady told me T-mobile system is down so they can't and asked me come back week later. They also couldn't check if other stores are having this problem. Me calling any store # goes into centralized call centre. After one week bb changed and their activation discount was no more. Too bad - handshake failure in T-mobile and BB resulted in my loss. I hope the store manager would do something about this.

Bought a laptop and got it home and there's no charger inside the box went back to the store and the manager told me I was out of luck. Not too happy.

I visited Georgetown Best Buy recently on a rainy day and waited around for what seemed forever and finally walked out without making the purchase I intended to make. I decided not to spend my money at that location. Fast forward to today…..I visited this Best Buy in Round Rock (3201 S I-35 Service Rd) and had the best computer shopping experience that I’ve ever had. A young man by the name of Alex was incredible at helping me decide on my new computer. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and patient, he also did not talk over my head in computer jargon but rather in terms I understood. I walked out of this store with my new computer in hand and feeling relieved to have finally made the purchase that was best for my need. I gave Georgetown Best Buy a 1 star rating. Thanks to Alex I’m giving this store a 5 star which is more directed to Alex.

Bought an open box washing machine. The owners manual was inside the machine when I looked at it. Great price on it. Paid for it and told them I would be back and left the store for a short time while they were getting it ready to pick up. Came back and they helped me load the now bubble wrapped machine…great service. Got the machine home, ready to hook it up and begin using it….owners manual is no longer in the machine. Called the store about the manual, it couldn’t be found, but was given a website so that I could download the manual. All in all a good experience, and I would have given five stars, but I’m someone who keeps the owner’s manual on everything for future reference.

Horrible experience. Ordered a gaming computer on line on Dec 28 with a pick up date at the Round Rock store on Jan 1.No updates of the order was provided at any point, just an automatic update in their web site indicating that order was being prepared for delivery on Jan 1.Their web site provides no information (nothing showing in what step of the delivery process the order is, which is something mos retailers do. Tried the chat feature, which was also useless, it did find my order, but when trying to find the status it send me back to verify my information.Next step was to stop by the store, thinking that they would have access to more information. Surprisingly they don't, which is also very strange.As a result I cancelled the order. It appears to me that Best Buy is announcing products for sale that they don't actually have in stock or a way to deliver.

Knowledgeable staff, Clearly aligned and assigned sections. With mobile checkout, it's now easy to pick an item, scan and leave without having to wait in the queue for the billing. Inventory status is updated very quickly too.

So unfortunately BestBuys initial customer service is lacking. You can walk around for a while before someone will stop and ask if you need help.However once someone does they are normally very helpful but quick to get on to something else.Note: If paying on your BB credit, they will only take debit cards, checks and of course cash! You can’t use a credit card to pay on your credit card.

Not the best place to go if you're in a hurry... Hopefully your experience goes better than mine. Waited almost 45 minute in line before having to walk out. I get that first come first serve but when there is only one person in line needing assistance, maybe have more people around to help out.
