I recently purchased a 2019 BMW i3S from AUSTIN e AUTOS, and the experience was nothing short of fantastic. Denise and Ariel were my fabulous salespeople, and they made the entire process smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free. From the moment I walked into the dealership, they were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about finding the right vehicle for me.
Denise and Ariel took the time to answer all my questions, explained the features of the i3S in detail, and made sure I was comfortable with my decision. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor made the buying process a breeze. Recently bought a car. My experience was exceptional. I didn't feel any extra pressure or regular dealer tricks from the staff and everything went quite smoothly. Everything (test drive, negotiation, and purchase) took less than 2 hours.

I had an outstanding experience at this dealership! From start to finish, everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. The salesperson was not pushy at all and was genuinely interested in showing me the car I came in for. She even took the time to show me some other options and discuss various models, all without any pressure or upselling.
The credit application process was straightforward and transparent, and they thoroughly explained everything to me. They even delivered the car to my home, which was a fantastic touch. It was the fastest and most stress-free car buying experience I've ever had.
One of the standout features was how the cars are kept in a well-ventilated warehouse with fans. On a scorching summer day, it was so comfortable walking through the lot and exploring different cars without feeling overheated.
Unlike big box dealerships, they didn’t run my credit multiple times, which I really appreciated, especially since I came in with a pre-approval. It’s clear that this is a family-run business, and the personal, caring atmosphere made a huge difference. Highly recommend!

I mean what else can you ask for? These ladies were top notch! From the time I messaged in a week prior to driving off the lot they have been perfect. No pushy sales text or calls(which is why I came here), on arrival I felt welcomed with great customer service. They had me in and out in less than 2 hours and most of that was a test drive and ME not being prepared. Being 20yr old and having bought 3 cars and 2 jetskis I’ve seen my fair share of terrible dealerships, and pushy sales tactics, not here only thing I’ll say is go here!!! Keep it up yall!

From my first call to Austin E Autos, I had a good feeling about them.
The team at Austin E Autos is exceptional. Top notch customer service, no odd fees, nothing sneaky at all. I go into a car dealer expecting to need to scrutinize every detail of the car and the finances. Scrutinize I did, but it was all clean. Truly a breath of fresh air after visiting a few other dealerships recently.
We just purchased a vehicle from them and as we were about to drive off, the car had a warning light come on. Without us even asking, they offered us a loaner and took the car to the dealer for repairs themselves. They even gave us cash to fill up the gas tank of the loaner. If you’re reading this thinking they probably gave us a crappy loaner - nope, they let us pick out a car we wanted off the lot.
You’d be hard pressed to find another dealership that offers this level of customer service not only locally, but nationwide.
Denise, Stephanie, Angela, and the rest of the team we didn’t get to meet - you guys rock. Thank you so much!

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Austin eAutos and everything about them is exceptional. The salesperson, Denise, was not pushy and it was relaxed pressure free environment. She is also extremely funny and good spirited. The inventory was priced fairly with great options and in pristine condition. I have taken my vehicles in for service and the service team is great. I will continue to go there and trust I am getting a great vehicle at a fair price.

I bought my toyota Prius C3 here in 2017, see my review for sun auto oil change because at the time I still had warranty with my vehicle.
I hate shopping for a new car, there are very few people I trust to sell me a car.
My grandfather owned a mechanic repair franchise in central America, he was an entrepreneur and savvy businessman who loved cars. He was the first taxi cab company owner who built his business from scratch in Santa Ana.
I know a few things about cars thanks to him and his employees whom at 6 years old I would bake cakes for and raffle them off.
I give this bit if history because when it comes to investing wisely and good stewardship of the things that cost time and money its important to know who youre getting advice from and what kind of character and oerson they are.
All This to say Austin Eautos is the only place I will buy a car from and get their advice if they don't have the vehicle Im looking for or can get me the price and help I need they're faithful to make a recommendation to another location and Ive grown to really trust their word based on their business principles and ethics.
Austin Eautos has fantastic customer service. They are attentive and upfront if that changes so will my review but as far as Im concerned until this point they haven't let me down. They saved me $2k on a fake repair recommendation from a very shady dishonest oil change place and I am the kind of person that when faithfulness abd loyalty are shown you've got a life long customer unless the business practice changes.
So there you have it.
And no I don't work for them, I don't know anyone personally there. The woman who sold my car to me still works there as far as I can tell and to this day if I walk in she recognizes me and I feel like Im in good hands.

Extremely professional and kind people handling this place. Called at 4:30 pm asking if I could come see a car. Though they close at 5 they mentioned nothing about that and said of course we will have the car waiting for you to see when you get here. Polite and really went the extra mile with staying late just for me to test drive and check the car out to my hearts extent. Great vibes.

I just bought a 2021 BMW 330e from Austin e-Autos. I have known of the business for a few years now. Back when we were shopping for our used 2019 BMW i3 I came across many listings from there but we never had occasion to check them out because we were looking for a very specific trim. FF>> 2024 and we stumbled upon them again when looking for BEV or PHEV options. We stopped by and got to see up close and drive several options from an i4 to a Rivian. The best part, though, is the staff. Not once were we pressured, cornered, sat down, or hurried. We felt very welcome, the staff was conversational and informative and helpful. The whole tone of the dealership is completely different from anywhere else these days. Even BMW of Austin/South Austin used to be more like this but no longer are. Kuddos to the management and staff--this team of folks was just what we were looking for, and the fact that they have a whole toy store under the cover of a really nice indoor showroom was just icing on the cake. I'm very happy with my new 330e and couldn't be happier that I purchased it from these folks.

I have purchased many cars and this was by far the fastest and easiest transaction. Everything was completed online and I literally spent only a few minutes at the dealership. The car is in immaculate condition. The staff are very friendly and not pushy whatsoever. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and responsive. I will definitely look here first for my next car.

Drove 3 hours to this place to look at a truck I was very interested in. I was given the impression that this truck was in great condition with no issues. After test driving I noticed the screen did not work and it also pulled hard right when I would press the brake. I had to find out after the fact previous people had the same issue.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt and said I would move forward if the issues were addressed. I was contacted the next day that they would not fix the problems. Not only would they not fix it but also couldn’t tell me why the problems were occurring. I’m not sure the reasoning for poor customer service and dishonesty other than maybe the next person won’t notice the problems and buy for the asking price? I was more less treated as just a number than a customer to this dealership.
